Absolutely love our new bed from Mattress Firm!! My fiance and I were in desperate need of a new mattress, and we decided to check out Matress Firm in Somers Point, NJ on Labor Day! From the second we walked through the door our experience was above and beyond any expectations! We were immediately greeted by Roc and Darryl, and they explained to us that we could try out some mattresses to find what comfort level will best suit us. From there Roc asked many informative questions and showed us what beds would best suit our needs based on issues that were resulting in our old mattress. He was so informative and in depth with every aspect of each mattress we tried out. His knowledge along with the amount of attention and time he spent with us and really educating us about everything from the materials each mattress are made of to which style bed will help with various body aches and sleep issues really made the decision to buy from the store beyond easy. He was with us and checking onour comfort the ENTIRE time and we really appreciated that! The best part was he was able to find the mattress we wanted that is hard to keep in stock due to its great features!! Roc worked his magic and made sure we got the best bed for us and that it fit into our credit approval amount! He made sure we could get the adjustable base we wanted, along with the 5 year warranty for it!! He truly goes above and beyond for each customer, and their products are just as amazing as the service and knowledge of their sales people!! Our bed was delivered to us less than 48 hours later, And the delivery team was just as nice, helpful, and Deliver quick set up! And to top it off, our amazing sales man Roc called right after to check in to ensure everything is to our satisfaction, but it is beyond that!! The best bed I have ever laid in! Anyone looking for a new mattress needs to visit the best store and sales people around!! We will continue to purchase our mattresses from here on out..I definitely recommend...
Read moreI made my first purchase at Mattress Firm. I tried this one particular model and discovered after about 30 days that it wasn’t the right mattress for me. I purchased the Mattress online due to COVID-19 and didn’t have a chance to try out the mattress. I started to make phone calls to customer service and wasn’t able to connect with anyone for a few weeks. Initially, I was ver upset because the clock was ticking and didn’t want to have any problems with an exchange. I decided to walk into my local store and speak with someone face-to-face. This is when I met the person who would entirely change my customer service experience. I met with Roc and explained my situation. He was very understanding and empathetic towards my frustration. His listened to all my concerns about my experience and He took his time and walked me through the store and showed me some other options. It took about two hours of patiently listening to me try to make a decision on a bed that fit my needs and that was in my price range. Roc helped me find the bed that was more what I was looking for without overspending. He gave me a price I couldn’t refuse and assured me if I had any other issues, he would personally make sure I was a satisfied and comfortable. He made what could be a painful process tremendously easy. I walked in the store upset and angry. I walked out of the store extremely impressed with Roc’s attention to detail and desire to solve my problem. Sometimes issues happen with companies. Read moreCannot say enough positive feedback about the mays landing location. I shopped around for the best deal for two twin beds, possible box springs and frames. Mattress fi beat everyone’s prices, with delivery. Even The Arc. Eric was incredibly helpful, and honestly, just a pleasant person for once in this world. My elderly in-laws were set to move into my home, requiring the bedding. However, plans changed due to illness. One week after delivery I called to arrange a return of everything, still in packaging. They waived the re-stocking fee, and only charged a delivery pick up fee. Super easy, arrived two days later to pick up. Delivery guys were great. Just all around really friendly good people. Hard to find these days. Very understanding of my particular situation and sending their concerns. It’s sad that this kind of customer service isn’t common anymore. I truly appreciate it, for I am insanely stressed out and really needed kind faces and demeanors. Thank you Eric and the entire team at mays Landing.
