I and my friends and family would visit here all the time. Just recently we had long days at work and did not want to sit inside the restaurant to eat so we ordered delivery. Before tonight we would have given the restaurant 3.5 stars. But we ordered food and it took over an hour and a half for it to arrive. When it did arrive they forgot our sides and the serving sizes were much smaller than when we are in the restaurant. We tried calling several times and it went to voicemail. So we called the pizza place next store which was owned by the same owner. Once we had the restaurant on the phone we informed them of forgetting our sides and that the portion size was 50% smaller. One of the servers informed us that the serving sizes for deliveries are always smaller than eating in (we still pay the same price as If we were sitting in??). Keep in mind that they do not advertise that information anywhere on the website or before ordering. Which I, and the server both thought was ridiculous. It's like if we were shopping in a clothing store and bought a t-shirt but than ordered the same one online for the same price and only received half of it. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. And refused to send us a full order after admitting that they made us pay for a smaller order than what we would get sitting inside. I will never eat here again. The customer service also sucks. They don't care about there customers... Only about the money...
Read moreSat down at a dirty table, waited 10 minutes for someone to come over and dropped off chips, didn't acknowledge the take was dirty until we said something. Proceded to wait another 15 minutes waiting to have our order taken. The waitress finally starts taking orders and goes to a bunch of other tables that were sat after us. We said something to her that we were ready and she said oh you'll be next as she went to another table. When we were waiting for our table to get cleaned, there were 5 other tables dirty while other customers were trying to figure out where to sit as well. Horrible service, inside looked a mess, won't go there anymore after that. 30 minutes no service At All, horrible way to run a buisssness **this is an edit because they replied, the cleanliness was the least of the issues but the only issue you brought up. The server/service was the main problem. You let us sit there without staff even acknowledging us for the first 20 min then just acting like we weren't there after "cleaning" the table. She took orders from other tables that sat down long after us. Yeah it was a mess in there, but thats easily disregarded when you have a proper waitress that actually acknowledges a customer whose been there for over a half houe without even a drink instead of helping people just walkin in. Read moreI tried this place for first time, tonight. As I entered store, there was a “Help Wanted” sign for every position. (Good or bad omen?) I picked up my order, drove home and realized I only received just the chicken for an entire fajita dinner. I drove back to the restaurant and explained most of the fajita plate was missing. A very unconcerned young man handed me a plastic bag and said it was brought out right after I left, “Sorry.” My food had been sitting there for 20 minutes. I asked for hot, fresh replacement. They said, “No.” I asked for my money back. The young man said, “No.” I asked to speak with a manager. The two then spoke in Spanish, even though both spoke English. The manager said I could have my money back ($14) then went into the kitchen, came back and changed her statement by saying I needed to go back home and return with the small container of chicken, first. I was laughing! I have to go home, again, and bring back a few small pieces of chicken? She said, “Yes.” I did so and got my $14 back. While I was there, another customer questioned why he received his order in a pizza box. Bad service. Bad customer relations. Speaking Spanish so I couldn’t understand...
