AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Somers Point

I am a semi regular customer of Auto Zone and I am always treated well there. But tonight I was really in a bind trying to get my car back on the road and was especially thankful for the help I got. Both the lady manager and a guy named Eliud went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I told them both I was so grateful for all of the help they gave me that I would give them a 5 star review. It is always the people in a business that really make the difference and Eliud and his manager sure have my thanks for all that they did for me.

This is my second review in two years. Another great experience at Somers Point Auto Zone recently. I go there when I am in a bind and have to fix my car or truck. I was stumped about how to fix the brakes on my pick up truck. A guy in the commercial sales dept named Dan Arnold really helped me out. I was already searching YouTube for answers and could not find what I needed. So I asked Dan on 2 different visits and he really helped me out. There are 2 Auto Stores in Somers Point but I really prefer AutoZone because of the very knowledgeabel people there and because of their very friendly and helpful attitudes....

I went to the store today to get a part for my iPhone do use in the car. As soon as I entered the store Scott who I did not know if that time asked me what I needed and I told him. He pointed out exactly where to get the part. I went out to my car and tried the lighter adapter it did not seem to be working. This is the second time this is happened so I said I should try to check my fuses. Oh it was a hot day and very humid , I wind up having an asthma attack while looking under my dashboard. I went to the store Very short of breath and Scott asked if he could help me and I said please I need a fuse and I need this one put back in pcan you help me out his answer was yes without any hesitation the fuse did not work He continued to troubleshoot my problem and eventually found I had a bed wire he repaired this with one of his own I would buy all my auto parts at the store no reason not to They had exceptional people working there thank you Scott from the...

I needed wiper blades for my VW Tiguan, so I stopped by Auto Zone in Somers Point. Most places no longer have a book for you to flip through in order to determine the proper blades for your car, so I went to the counter and they helped me. Stephanie showed me which blades would fit my car, and then offered to help me install them. I am so glad that she offered, because my car does not have the J-clips like most cars, and instead has these goofy adapters that you need to use. It took a few minutes to get them fitted, and Bryan (the store manager) also came out to lend a hand. They were able to get me on my way quickly, which was great because after seeing all of the clip choices, it would have taken me an hour or so to figure it out.

Definitely great service, and I will not hesitate to visit them again when I need...
