Budget Motel — Hotel in South Bradenton

I've stayed at budget motel many times over the years.... It's an older building that if it were to be modernized would be definitely my to go place I like it for the fact is quiet no partys outside we live in Bradenton so yes there may be drug dealing or whatever outside or around but I understand the owners can't shake everyone's pockets and ask what they do for a living but as far as I've seen there has been not even obvious drug dealing or anything like the one review posted... I'm sure that if the owners were made aware they would not have hesitated to take action .... As far as service they have never been rude to me but the motel is the business and their home as well if they seemed not friendly or whatever we live in Bradenton you gotta be that way.. at least I know the place is gonna be safe enough cuz they got an attitude and won't let idiots come in and make the stay unbearable... It's actually not dirty like some claims ... The building is old and now they have a new staff who have been doing everything they can to make sure that the customers have clean linens towels and a nicely made bed to relax in... It really isn't dirty it just needs a little TLC... Personally I've seen improvment, the rooms are very spacious.. most of them have a living room and bedroom plus 2 TVs honestly I'd recommend the place even for longer stay or your out of town the only thing they don't offer is daily room Service but if you ask I'm sure they'd help... Anyways the reviews before mine are kinda over exaggerated.... Some people are just hard to please or just like to complain but I say the place is definitely my to go to motel for comfort peace and quiet .... It's not dirty people it's just old... It's very peaceful and quiet... Though not in a great location if you like shopping it's close enough to the stores you would need to get you by a little convenience store and dollar general . Plus a few fast food places... If you have friend or fam coming I say go to the BUDGET MOTEL.... OLDIE...

The only Reason for my presence here was to visit my sister and her husband, who had 3 weeks in between their lease ending and their new place becoming ready for them to move into. Having no other options, they went and inquired about the weekly rate and were told it would be $350 a week for the only available unit- a 1 "bedroom" efficiency. Arrangements were made and they moved what the needed daily there, putting the rest in storage until their New home was available. (So, there's even more money being spent/ expenses ) When they went to pay, they were met by a family member of the owner who helps to run the Motel and were told the price was $420 a week. Mind you, this was all within the same day, so there should NOT have been the slightest discrepancy! Of course they told the woman that her husband had told them a different and much lower price! She had a paper with their name and the amount they were told! That didn't matter...she wanted the amount she pulled out of thin air. Having already moved their things in that day and both of them only having that day off from work, my sister and Brother in law had no choice but to pay the NEW amount! In addition to that: the plumbing for the shower leaked everywhere, the air conditioner didn't work, and the smell of mold was overwhelming! Quickly causing upper respiratory issues and infections for...

I've been staying here for a few months on business. It's a quiet small hotel with clean rooms and spacious. The staff are polite and courteous. The owners are very respectable to the needs of their tenants. They try to accommodate any way possible to your individual needs. I've also brought my family down therefor they moved me in to the two bed apartment so we had more space. Don't fright they have one bed room apartments for the needs of a single person or couple. The rent is fair!!! They also have hospitality cable with more channels than you need on a digital network with the addition of hospitality WiFi for those who need it for pleasure or business purposes it does not lag by any means for I use it on a very high scale for my work purposes. So in general if your looking to get away to a quiet place for a night or two maybe even a weekend to get away from the annoying atmosphere you endure all week. By all means come down and relax. Take a load off your feet. Beaches are very close with plenty of activities around for the family and little ones. Good eating surrounds you from low budget to fine dinner what ever your...
