I would rate it 0 stars if I could. This place seemed pretty clean so I though it will be best if I eat in. When I got my order not only were the food portions very small my order was completely wrong. When I brought it up with the cashier she started giving me attitude and I could hear her and the lady cook talking about me when i walked away. She called me up to get my "new order" and again she got it wrong, i politely made her aware of the mistake and she starts raising her voice so the other cook (a man) interfered and apologized and offer to fix my order he basically just removed and replaced some food but my food was already ruined. The rice was cold the tilapia had a very nasty taste and my son with autism didnt touch his food because the rice tasted like vegetable and beef (which he dislikes very much) even though they had fixed the order the juices from the previous items were all over the rice. Will not be coming back to this place I've had better service and food in worst...
Read moreThe service was good but the food is the worst yoshinoya experience I've ever had. The gyozas were raw and cold (literally crunchy with no sear and cold center.) And the clam chowder was very sour/ acidic? As if the dairy in it had gone bad or the base was made very wrong. I couldn't finish it because of how sour it was and the small amount I had made me feel ill to the point of nausea. We also ordered a combo XL bowl and the tray came half empty as if we'd only ordered a single entree/protein. The restaurant was very busy so I thought maybe the staff may have been overwhelmed but I'm just shocked at how poor the quality was on this visit. I'm extremely disappointed and concerned at the quality of food I recieved tonight. Worst experience at a yoshinoya restaurant I've ever had and I dont intend to return any time soon after such...
Read moreI just spent $11.60 for a combo teriyaki chicken and spicy shrimp and a clam chowder soup which I have no problem with the price, but when it's unsatisfying because the shrimp is dry and all you get is breaded part of the shrimp you could clearly see that they want to fool you with there new shrimp. Not everyone likes spicy food, but they love shrimp what happened to the honey walnut shrimp? And the good tasting shrimp, was it to expensive to make a profit or does the good shrimp go to the nicer community. Give people a choice don't take something that was delicious off the menu and replace it with smaller dried out shrimp, By the way I'm talking about Yoshi noia in the city of South Gate California on...
