We stayed at the Lodge this past week (not the "Club" adjoining). We spent thousands of dollars on 3 nights stay for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The only positive thing I can say about this place is the location with 5 chair lifts within walking distance from backside of Lodge. The front desk folks (Stephanie) were incredibly condescending when I simply asked where the luggage cart was located, other front desk folks sent me to the wrong building when I first entered and tried to locate my family upstairs. The rooms are very tired, the radiant floor heat did not work in my children's second bedroom, the kitchen lacked many of necessary kitchen tools. The heat was too hot and then too cold at night. The bedding in the master bedroom was horrible. There is zero racks/hooks for your skis/boards/boots for a condo at the base of a ski hill?? Their are zero stairs to take to your room and the only elevator has the interior of a poor utility elevator. Stephanie from front desk knocked and walked into my room with a couple interested in purchasing the condo at 9am on the day we were checking out. The wedding we are attending at the Hideout blocked rooms here for us, but there was only an option to block three nights which we didn't need. I booked the three nights and had been calling them and leaving messages for a week or so and finally got to talk to someone who told me "the charge had already gone through" which was convenient for them I suppose. Just overall a pain and I'm not looking forward to our stay. I hope the room is nicer than their customer...
