I have not purchased a new Snowboard in 32 years and I had the pleasure of meeting Billy at Kirkwood Mountain Sports and he went over the top to help me out and making me feel comfortable on buying a new board and he set me up with the best! It brought back total confidence into my boarding! And I thank you for that Billy! I never thought I would buy a new Snowboard, boots and bindings at a ski resort, you always think you're going to buy that stuff at Big Box Sporting Stores! And their prices are just as competitive as everyone! And there's no way you're going to get that custom customer service and years of knowledge and experience at a big box store! Billy and Bruce at the Pro Shop have nothing but Year's of knowledge and experience and you can tell and feel it with their passion for skiing and snowboarding! If you need the boot fitter of all boot fitters go to Kirkwood Mountain Sports and ask for BRUCE! I'm not exaggerating when I say I’d been to 8 plus boot fitters. I bought some complicated "race car boots with an aggressive fit" (yes I asked for them. been skiing 20+ years) but no one could figure them out. To be fair I have weird feet but Bruce solved all my problems so easily and efficiently.

I was feeling my ski boots quite loose and I was skiing very unconfortable, I thought I needed new ones so I went to the store were Graig sujested adjustments to my boots and I it worked perfectly!! I was bakc skiing feeling like my new books!! The next day I realized the cable of my heater broke, and went back to Graig to buy the part and he was so nice to install it for free.
