Update: Wednesday, July 30, 2025 dinner!

Time to update this review. My son picked up dinner from here last night. He used the app where you get a bucket of chicken free when you buy $15 or more product. Whoever was working last night certainly made KFC proud. That was some of the best KFC chicken that I’ve had in quite a while. Part of it might’ve been because he went around 6:30… right after the dinner rush so they had to cook a lot of it fresh. The chicken is awesome when is fresh and hot. I ate two breasts and they were still quite warm inside and actually juicy! I also had a large coleslaw. The KFC that we normally went to on West Hammer Ln. closed…sadly. So now we have to drive across town. I don’t know if the crew has changed or if we just had good timing on the chicken. But either way it was really good. Thanks, KFC crew!! ———————— Update: Monday, April 7, 2025 PM Take out 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 This is the WORST KFC I’ve ever had. The chicken should’ve been thrown in the garbage instead of sold. And to make matters worse they even SCREWED UP THE ORDER‼️ We ordered an 8 piece dinner which is supposed to be two of each of the pieces of chicken… Including two breasts. We received four legs, two wings and two thighs. I called and complained. I was told they would give us two breasts the next time.

This is really a sad KFC. We used to go to the one on W Hammer and I-5 but they for some reason close permanently. They were superior to this one on East Hammer Ln. We might try the one on Pacific Avenue next time and see if they are any better. Otherwise we’ll have to find a new source for chicken. I hope the owner of this KFC takes note and shows the employees how to serve good chicken‼️‼️

Probably the worst KFC meal I’ve had in years. The coleslaw was soggy…definitely not anywhere near fresh. It had to be from yesterday and should’ve been thrown out yesterday! The chicken was nowhere near cooked fresh. Several pieces were hard and overcooked and a very dark brown color. The breast was so hard and dry I couldn’t eat it. I called and complained and told them that I would be in for a refund. We normally go to the KFC on West Hammer Ln. by I-5. We have a lot better luck there but we made a mistake this time and ordered from the KFC on East Hammer Ln. They need a district manager to check on this...

I went through the drive thru for my food. The man at the window was very rude to me when I asked for sauces. (He looks like he was the manager bc he was wearing a grey button up shirt) I asked politely saying “could I get some sauces?” His response was “What” so I repeated myself “sauces” his response again was “What” but louder and more rude. So I said “sauces” the same tone and pitch I used the first two times. He said “Which ones” I replied “one of each”. He then came back and handed me sauces and said “Speak up” while the window was closing. Then come to find out half of the sauces were ruptured. Maybe the reason he couldn’t hear me was bc of his old age or wtv and even so he shouldn’t have spoke to a customer like that if he was the manager. The cashier’s name on my receipt was Antoinec, so I can only assume it was him. Anyways don’t come here if you want to be spoken to in a disrespectful way. The customer service here is always bad. First let me say that we had a pet chicken, until he turn into a rooster and started crowing! Then of course he had to go out to the ranch. The manager of the ranch knew he was different when he started following her around as he was used to doing with family. His name was Oww and he is still missed! Not a common chicken he ended up in a petting zoo. Having our baby rooster has changed the way I look at chickens! having said that I still eat at KFC on occasion. This particular KFC delivers a mixture of A&W hamburgers and KFC chicken. Recently, they added waffles which makes choosing a meal a bit more confusing. Their delivery system is okay as they say in the commercials but when I received their delivery system is okay as they say in the commercials, but when I received my food it was cold.
