SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEY WILL ADVERTISE AND SELL YOU ON HOW GREAT THE WARRANTY IS , AND NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THEIR SECRET NO RETURN POLICY, WHICH IS NOT DISCLOSED ANYWHERE ON OUR SALES RECEIPT OR WARRANTY. This is Our 19th night of no sleep on our new $1080 Plush Dynasty Mattress that feels absolutely nothing like the store model. Don't believe the Sales lady who claims to be the "summer help". She lied directly to our faces about the warranty , and now they are refusing us a return/refund since this mattress has "already been in our home "!! What kind of company " stands behind their product" then won't take their product back ? Our $500 box mattress was 20 times more comfortable than this mattress , they are causing me so much stress on top of no sleep , such a shady business practice ripping people off making up verbal policies after the fact !! I wish we bought from another box mattress brand that would actually stand behind their products and accept a return . The steel springs on the Plush Dynasty are absolute garbage, the lady claimed you won't feel your partner move , we are both tossing and turning all night, and 100% feel eachothers every movement . We have a brand new box spring and bedframe supporting the mattress so should have been able to get some sleep by now ,I used to sleep 8-9 hours on my old mattress which I should have kept . Jamestown Mattress offered for my husband and I to load it in our truck, drive it back to their factory, pay them $60 to "tweak" it, then for us to go back and pick it up!!!!! Unbelievable! We tried supporting a family owned place giving it a chance over another huge box mattress brand , and I and regret it so much. My girlfriend purchased a mattress from there & I couldn't make it to the store to pickup the mattress until 7 p.m. because of my work schedule. The store closes at 7, but the manager kindly stayed after so I could pick it up. Very thankful....

Good product but with all the pictures of the flags and veterans park in their video on the company, you would think they would offer a military discount, as most other companies have considered this a normal...
