Dirty lobby and the remodel is terrible. It's monotone, cold, and bland now. They removed the fireplace and comfy chairs. It's just some cookie cutter uncomfortable fast food lobby now. I highly recommend Panera instead if you plan on going in somewhere to eat. Staff take forever to acknowledge you and fix it when they messed up your order. They charge you for extra cream cheese then don't give it to you. I paid over $2 for extra cream cheese and didn't get it until I went up to complain.

4/2/2022 update: I'm so agitated by the incompetence of the staff that words elude me right now so this will be brief. This location is the ONLY location the Tim Hortons app "doesn't work" at which is funny because they all pretty much have the same owner. They just don't like giving you the free or discounted offers on the app then argue about it. Drinks and especially bagels are often wrong so you have to check your order before driving away. They have no problem charging you for extra things you order and buy, but 8 times out of 10 you don't get them. Today the girl at the drive through not only had cat hair on her uniform,but she was slow like she was high and bold face lied to me that there's nothing they can do about the ap not working. When I gave her my order back and asked for a refund because the price and what I was given were both wrong she got mad. I wasn't...

Despite being from Pittsburgh, when we're up at Chautauqua in tacky tourist mode we make this our main Timmies stop! There are a number of Tim Hortons locations in the area, but some are too small or 'fake' locations just inside of a gas station. This location right along the main drag in Lakewood has a full menu, plenty of indoor seating, and a drive through. Lines can get long, especially on summer weekends when they wrap halfway around the building and out into the nearby strip mall lot. However, this is rarely a big problem in my experience thanks to the massive crew of 10-15 working inside. Nearly 2/3 of the seats were occupied when I went in, so it must be a popular place to meet around breakfast. My cousins and I love stopping for a quick bite wether shopping around town or heading out to Panama Rocks. Recently my purchase was for a cafe mocha, timbits, and blueberry muffin. The drinks are always hotter here than Starbucks or anywhere else's I typically go, so I just can't drink it for like the first 15 minutes since I've scalded my tongue...

THE BEST PART OF THIS SCUM HOLE IS TASTING PERFUME WITH MY COLD COFFEE. LIDS TASTE LIKE STRAIGHT PERFUME EVERY. TIME. DOES DEPT OF HEALTH OR CORPORATE KNOW ABOUT THIS?
