KFC — Restaurant in Town of Busti

This restaurant's been pretty good up until today.So maybe today's just a fluke, but when I order something online and then I stand there while you hand customers who walk through the door the same thing i ordered, that's pretty crappy. Especially when I had been waiting and they just ordered while I was standing there for several minutes. Then, you give me an attitude about it? Let's not forget that you need services, just like the rest of us do. So, can I expect that you're going to hold the rest of us to the same standard? Maybe the next person who fixes your car takes an extra week and fixes 3 vehicles in front of yours. Will not come back at least for a while. They weren't busy so I decided to stop and get a chicken sandwich while on my way back to work. I had to go in cus my truck wouldn't fit in the drive thru. So I walk in and there is a chick talking Spanish to someone on the other line on her phone. So I walk up to the counter and she walked away. I was standing there for 2 min before one of the lady's cleaning the dining room came over and helped me. As she cashed me out the lady that was on the phone came back out and gave me my sandwich and I left. I don't care that she was on the phone, I just care that she didn't tell whomever was on the other line to wait a second so she can take my order. But instead she walked away. If I could give them '0' stars, I would! I went through the drive thru, there were only 2 customers inside, so it's not like they were busy, and there were no other cars in the drive thru....so they can't blame their errors on being busy. I ordered an 8 piece bucket meal and asked for it all to be extra crispy. I also ordered a 3 piece Nashville tenders meal. When I got home, the chicken in the bucket was all original, and there were no sides. The Nashville tenders was ordered as a meal with Cole slaw. We didn't receive the biscuit or the slaw. How can they screw up so bad when they were so NOT busy??? I called when I got home, and the manager stated she would send me coupons to replace everything. NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!! This is THE WORST KFC I have ever been at, and I've been all over...
