This was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. We scheduled this hotel for two nights for our family of 5 so we can hang out in the Seattle area for a few days. From the outside the hotel was in poor shape and that was only the first concern, and when we got checked in and into our room, it went downhill quickly. The first thing we noticed was standing water in the tub and the faucet was also dripping. It was after midnight so we were trying to quickly get the kids ready for bed and into bed. As soon as our two youngest got into bed, we found a bed bug on the sheet of their bed. We immediately grabbed everything (we hadn't even unpacked) and left. At the front desk we informed them that we could not stay there and wanted to cancel our stay and get a refund. The individuals at the front desk had no customer service etiquette. We asked to be checked out and they said they didn't know how to do that. We asked for a receipt and they said they couldn't do that because we booked online. We asked them to send us a receipt online and they said they didn't know how to do that either. We then asked to speak with the manager and they said he wouldn't be in until later that day and we'd need to call back then. We drove an hour and a half back to family's house to stay for the night (by the time we got into bed it was around 2:30 AM). We called the next day and the woman we spoke to then had much better customer service. She sounded surprised that they didn't even check us out so she made sure we were checked out for the first night and cancelled our second night. She then informed us that she spoke with the manager who was out of town and he would call us a week later when he got back into town. She also gave us his e-mail address and we sent him an e-mail with the whole scenario and included a picture we took of the bed bug. We have not received an e-mail response. We called early one day and was told that the manager would be available in an hour or so. We called back at that time and was told that he wouldn't be in until 7 PM. We called, yet again, around 7:30 PM and was told that he's not in. We are currently working with our credit card company working to dispute the charge for the one night that we did NOT stay. We'll file a complaint with the BBB after that dispute is complete.

As a couple who have literally stayed in thousands of hotels around the country during our travels this is by far the worst place that we have ever stayed in period we expected it as a Wyndham resort hotel that this place would be nice. We got off a cruise ship and got to the hotel at 8:30 it's :30 and we know that Japan was not until 3 so we asked them if we could leave our baggage and they Wanted to charge us $20 for every piece of bloggers that we left what you're told which total of the 80 extra dollars.. We asked them what was the chance that we could check in early because we are Windham diamond members and and they said that be $25 an hour extra. We sat in the lobby for 6 hours And listen to customer after customer they stayed there the night before complain about all the things that were wrong with their room. When we got in guard room the TV did not have a single station and the air conditioning did not work.. We said something and they fixed the TV but didn't nothing about the air conditioning. The room was an Absolute disaster but we were told that was one of their better rooms.. I had a recommend you do not stay in this particular hotel regardless of how desperate you are.

Room was dirty. There was blood on the sheets. Holes in the wall. Air conditioner looked like it was going to fall out of the wall. Alarm clock was Broken. And I booked a double Queen room for my 3 kids and I. The room only had one bed. Which was a double mattress with a queen headboard. The hotel I booked online was misleading. It showed a much nicer Ramada with a pool. I was in a bad neighborhood that felt truly unsafe. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. And no I am not a Karen. I'm a mother of 3 who was completely misled. Parking garage was very dirty as well and felt like I should have some kind of protection going into it. I watched 2 families check into the hotel and come back 10 minutes later to say their rooms were not even made up and were disgusting. Another family said the same thing. They were misled by different hotel photos and the promise of a pool. Also the milk was sour at breakfast. And our hotel bathroom toilet would not flush. I brought all these concerns il to the front staff and it’s been over a week and they still won’t release mine and my moms deposits.

I had a red eye cancelled out of SeaTac, so needed a last min hotel at 1am. I checked with the representative various times that there was a free airport shuttle that I could take to/from the hotel, even at this late hour.  She confirmed that this was the case each time I asked, and again before she charged my card I clarified that I ONLY wanted to purchase this room if there was a free shuttle to pick me up from the airport and return me to the airport the following day.  When I arrived at the courtesy phone at the shuttle pick up location and called, I was alerted that the shuttle was broken and I would have to pay for an Uber to get to the hotel AND back to the airport the next morning.  I tried to cancel my reservation, but was told that it was impossible to do so.  It was nearing 2am.  I called the national Ramada number where I made the booking and tried to cancel that way and they would not help me, but I could talk with the hotel manager when I arrived to get the Uber ride reimbursed.  Due to the late hour and lack of options, I took an uber to the hotel.

It ended up being BY FAR the most terrible hotel I've been to in the USA, and nearly the world (narrowly beat out by a $10 hotel in Kathmandu). That says a lot as I've served in the Peace Corps and spent most of my adult life traveling, often in very basic accommodations.  When I got to the hotel I stopped in the breakfast area to get some water.  Perhaps another guest threw something smelly in the trash, but the breakfast area smelled strongly of vomit.

I was VERY disappointed when I got to my room and pulled back the bed covers.  The sheets were extremely winkled as though someone had been sleeping in them, and there was a brown mark near the pillows that looked like freshly dried blood.  Despite being super tired, I knew I would not sleep well in that bed so asked for another room. The front desk attendant reported that there were none available, so instead I had to ask for a clean sheet and at 2:30 am, utterly exhausted, changed the sheets myself.  At that point I was convinced they hadn't been changed before as when I put the clean fitted sheet on, there were no wrinkles at all!  I did notice this new, "clean" set of sheets also had some gross yellow stains, but they were mostly around the sides so I could sleep in the bed without touching them, and I at least knew this set of sheets had been laundered.

Apart from the bed, the room was also disgusting.  Giant, disgusting stains all over the carpet and chairs, the toilet seat was barely hanging on the toilet and almost fell off when I was using it.  I asked the front desk attendant for a complimentary toothbrush for my troubles and was told I'd have to pay for it.  In the end, I was so disgusted with the entire experience that though I didn't lay down in bed til after 2:30, I left at 5am:  I couldn't sleep, so took a shower (great shower actually but towels filled with stains and holes) and left as I knew I would be more comfortable sitting in the airport.  The front desk attendant assured me the GM would be in touch about my terrible experience, but...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I stayed one night here. The exterior of the hotel makes you immediately think, "Oh no, I should have booked a different hotel." I'm talking a 'don't walk to your car alone at night' type feeling. I arrived to find the "Non-smoking" double queen bed room I had booked had clearly been smoked in repeatedly and then doused with air freshener in a useless attempt to cover it. The hallways all had a similar scent. I have scent-sensitive migraines. I'm not demanding perfection, I don't need zero scents, but if you don't have rooms that haven't been smoked in, don't offer them. It's false and irresponsible advertising, and people book non-smoking rooms for health reasons. I asked for another room and was given a non-smoking double full bed room (no price adjustment, but I was exhausted with dealing with this already so I didn't bother to fight on that). That room had a tolerable smell comparatively, but tons of damage and, to my mind, genuine safety issues.

The carpets in the halls and rooms were practically a patchwork job, and visibly un-vacuumed/just generally stained and disgusting. Once inside my new room, the first thing I noticed was that the fire alarm was hanging off the wall, attached by masking tape and covered with paint - I'm about 95% sure it wasn't functional. One of the two pocket lights in the ceiling was hanging out of the ceiling by its wires. Broken fire alarm and exposed electrical wires are more than "gross hotel" issues, they're actual safety concerns. In addition, the room phone was disconnected with no wires available to connect it. The TV stand door appeared to have been smashed in, and some of the other furniture damaged as well. I took pictures of all the damage and showed them to the front desk attendant, whose response was that "they are aware of it."

This hotel felt unsafe and dirty and I wouldn't recommend that anybody stay here. In fact, if any of the other rooms have the same safety issues as mine did, I don't think the place should be allowed to be open at all.

Last but definitely not least, the $150 deposit I paid upon checking in has not been refunded to my account. I was told it would be within 1-2 days of checkout and yet it is now 5 days past that and nothing has been refunded - surprise surprise, when I try to call the hotel the line just rings and rings. I have never written a review of a hotel before and I hope I never have to again, but this was absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable. Between the odor, the dirtiness, the damage and the multiple safety concerns, I wouldn't stay there again if...

06/18/21 When I checked in Friday I was given the wrong hotel Key card and it didn't open the door. I was given another customer's key card. After I found the right room the refrigerator was not working and the person at desk did not want to accommodate this and instead told us to use the refrigerator inside the hotel office. I said this was not acceptable to be walking into the hotel.pffice all. Ight long. She then gave us another room where the television did not work. On Saturday night I was told that the television would be fixed by 10 p.m. no one ever came. The next morning another attendant on Sunday told me he would look at tv..he said he would be back and had tk look for a remote and that this TV did not have a remote to it. He never came back and I was left for three nights staring at the walls in this hotel room. The air conditioner was not functioning properly and I have not slept at all due to the heat . On Saturday night we complained after an hour of a mentally ill customer across the hall screaming where the front desk attendant did not do anything about this man screaming. so I lost another night of sleep. After 2 hours I was close to considering calling the cops to have this mentally ill person placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold for disturbing the peace...norhing was done about this man. Another night of no sleep. There is no screen in the window ..when the room got hot I could not open the window bc no screen but was too hot so when I did bugs flew into the room and I was left with flies flying around There are ants on the bathroom floor. One of the queen size bed frame is broken. There are no Maids on site. I couldn't receive a refund from either this facility or Expedia and I was forced to stay here all weekend exhausted during my trip to Seattle. There is no maintenance on staff to help with any of these problems and im sure your employees are stressed out from the multiple complaints that I've witnessed from other patrons here at this hotel...not just me. I witnessed another person complaining about their refrigerator standing at the front counter and another person wanting their money back as well to leave here for whatever reason. Initially I was going to ask for one night refunded but I want at least two nights refunded for the two nights I was unable to sleep and essentially my trip ruined from no sleep and the mentally I'll patient that should have been on a psychiatric unit. Also..your employee did approach this person's door and tell them to quiet down BUT not until we asked them to. and tried to do something but they...
