I was at this jack in the box yesterday with my two kids and was harassed by one of the employee that was working there I believe her name was Karan and she was bullying the other employee upon my arrival . I was at your drive thru for a good 5 min with no one helping me or even even saying it’s closed by the time I came to the window she just ignored me while I was at window by the time I came inside to ask her is the drive thru closed and if it’s have a paper there saying it’s closed for the customers to see it .She automically shut me up and said did you need to order something long story short started harrsing me to leave the store or she would call the police and when I said to call waited good 30 mints for the police while she was on the phone with no one showed up . My kids love the mini pancakes and they cake there after school hungry and left hungry and upset . She wouldn’t Let the other employee give me the managers details And I’m telling the community about this hostile employee . Read moreThey are stealing money from customers at this location. They make a point to charge meals (ie chicken stips, fries and drinks) as separate items on the receipt. It only jacks (no pun intended) the price up a dollar or two. However I made it a point to ask the employee working the counter about why I was overcharged, and she lied to my face and told me that the prices went up at all locations which is just completely untrue. Sketchy as hell, especially considering it's a franchised location. Plus the fact that 2 of their employees went and stood at the front door glaring at me for 10 minutes until I left isn't a great flag...
EDIT: Looking at previous reviews, it looks like I am FAR from the only person making this claim. So, I repeat - THIS JACK IN THE BOX LOCATION WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY IF YOU GO THERE.
I am extremely disappointed that Jack in the Box corporate has not taken action to rectify the many issues stemming from this location. I guess they are okay with letting a greedy owner continue to sully their brand with thievery.

There was no one In the restaurant and I was stuck waiting at the register for 10 minutes before I even saw someone pop out from behind the fast food line. As soon as they saw me they went back behind the food line not even acknowledging I was there. It took another 5 minutes before someone appeared again. They seemed annoyed that I was still standing there and they were reluctant about helping me. After taking my order it was another 10 minutes before I got my got my single chicken sandwich. Let's just say I will not be going to this location again. I Hope they take time to retrain the entire staff on what customer service and quick! The shape of the restaurant was also pretty alarming.
