UPS package was attempted to get delivered but signature required,! Got a slip stating package moved to a delivery access point described on it, showed to such place tree minutes after supposedly UPS system shuts off, (past 6pm) person didn’t explain to me what the process is and after I told him about my problems coming to this place {dealing with cancer disease making it hard for me to walk) he said call UPS pointing to a UPS phone number posted by the entrance door. I called UPS CS phone line they were closed as well. Attendant at the delivery access point place said comeback tomorrow to pick up package. Showed up at 9:30 to hear him saying package hasn’t been delivered yet by UPS, suggested me to call UPS again, I went home and let time goes by, returning again around 3pm to heard attendant saying package not here. Called UPS and CSR said person at such delivery access point refuse to housed package and will get to be delivery Monday at my home address, attendant was upset at me when I confronted him about the misleading information he given me and said to me, take your business and cancer to other place. Reason why I’m assuming he refused package to be housed at such location. Not a friendly place to do business with. Visited such access point place 3 times and will not recommend such place to anyone especially with mean person like the store attendant. UPS should also be moré specific on the slips they left at your doors providing with business hours, cut off times and phone numbers for access points places...

The big women at the front desk is so rude. She was smoking outside when I enter the store and didn’t even welcome customers. She came to the store after a couple minutes of smoking and staring through the door mirror like I’m going to shoplift. Then She refuse to give my package because the name attached to the delivery address was my husband’s. I tried to explain to her that I have all the shipping information and we live in the same household. She refuse and asked for my husband to pick it up. Good thing my husband was in the car and he went to pick the package up. She then refuse again just because he showed her a picture of his ID on his cell phone. I never had such issue with the previous owner when I picked up packages for years. She was also so rude towards our 5 yrs old child for touching toys. I will never go to this place and don’t...

I recently posted a negative review after coming here and finding the place closed when it was supposed to be open. I actually feel really bad about it because Sunny has turned out to be really great. I come here all the time now. Sunny is a great owner, very friendly. Extremely helpful. Has a great selection of snacks and drinks. If I am missing something random like painters tape or just in the mood to light a candle I can get that stuff here too. It's like a miracle.
