Worst place to stay. Pick up from airport was a little slow but not unreasonable. Upon arrival at hotel we were told there are no rooms available yet as we were too early and to get one cleaned now would require an extra fee. After finding the assigned room no help from directions from the desk clerk, it appeared room cleaning consisted of making the bed and dropping some soap in the bathroom. There were hairs on the counter, toilet, and bed. Had to ask for more towels, which when unfolded for use had holes in them. was assured there was coffee in the room by the person giving me towels, didn't ask for this info it was volunteered. But returning to the room I found it was true it did have coffee, but was in fact missing the coffee maker. Must've had one at some point judging from the stain on bed spread (I'm Hoping). Attempting to lock a door is a joke! bathroom door barely latches shut after some serious wiggling, entrance door did latch but try to throw the extra security hasp over the stud only to notice it's cracked in half and is absolutely useless. Judging from the neighborhood where I watched several transactions made while standing in the doorway, a strip club next door, and a fruitless walk to kfc down the road which apparently closes up early on saturday evening (9pm) no doubt to avoid employees having to walk in the back lot after dark. Returning back noticing neighboring car dealer whose lot stocked with 90's vintage cars had quite a few people inside the office as seen through barred windows walking by. Yeah swell neighborhood, I'm gonna guess the lock was broke from being kicked in. Ok time for bed, turning off light on desk since the one over the beds didn't work I noticed a cockroach running in and out from behind the wall mounted mirror. ok 5:30 a.m. time to check out and catch shuttle to airport which the desk clerk was more then happy to assist with once she woke up. Turns out we were in luck since when she called to see if the driver was in yet, he was. Seems management of this establishment is completely out of touch with the goings on of their business or simply just does not care because they retain solid bookings through lack of options. My opinion just sleep in the parking lot between cars with the drunks and save your money, at least you'll have a better feeling about what that stain is you're...
Read morePurchased the "park n fly" package on the travelodge site, next morning the Spanish guy working their who is also the shuttle driver starts hollering that there is no such thing and that we would be charged parking fees. Then the spanish girl working in reception with long curly hair says the parking is contracted by another agency - some small time company called park, sleep and fly, and they have no phone number and apparently the smallest office at the airport - who knows where. As this inconvenience had me scrambling to take it to a park n fly place and cause me to spend more money on another park n fly facility. Getting back from the airport the same spanish guy picks us up, throws our suitcases in the shuttle van, doesnt say hello, and slams the doors as he goes into the office. Probably cause he had to get us at 1230am from the airport. There is no manager to ever be found, even when their staff text the manager, they dont respond. The one thing I was happy about was when I called the head office to complain about the mishap with the park n fly, he promised me a refund on my park and fly because this hotel has posted park/fly rates and the staff there have no idea what is offered at...
Read moreThe description told me I would have a mini fridge and microwave in the room and there was not. It was a non smoking room but my top blanket had burn holes all in it. There were slashes in my sheet and unknown yellow hardened gunk on the middle blanket. It was sick. The dresser was busted. The sink was not set right and it moved. I was there for three nights and never got any more coffee packages for the coffee maker. I never got clean blankets or towels. The outlet in the sink area would blow every time you plugged something in and turned it on. The wifi was total crap. It would connect and literally about 30 seconds later drop me. Then on the last day and a half it didn't even work. I had three working outlets in the room but I had to pick and choose if I wanted lamp or tv, alarm clock or to plug my phone in. One lamp that was mounted to the wall didn't even reach an outlet. The parking lot is ridiculous, words cannot even describe how horrible it is. This entire stay was disappointing as heck. I really just needed a bed to sleep in but I was scared to even touch those blankets so If I could I'd give it...
