I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was absolutely terrible—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. As someone who enjoys testing fragrances before making a purchase, I was shocked to find out they don’t allow customers to smell the perfumes or offer any samples at all. When I politely asked if I could at least get a tester or a spray to see if I liked a scent, the staff rolled their eyes and acted like I was bothering them. One of the employees was especially rude, giving me attitude and clearly didn’t want to help. It felt like they didn’t want customers there at all. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a place where you’re expected to spend money on products like perfume, which are personal and scent-based.
