Delux Inn — Hotel in Tulsa

This place costs $65 a night, they do not allow "visitors" to rooms, this is clearly done to decrease questionable behavior/people from staying there.

The rooms are not uniform; you may have a room that has no lamps or a room missing a night stand etc. Some rooms may have graffiti on furniture. The beds are clean and big. The A/C is cold but loud. Look at the towels before use!!!

This place has locals staying there, overall they don't look really bad like at some cheap places. This place is good for those that need a cheap motel such as truckers/long haul drivers.

They still do daily housekeeping and the house keeper is very nice. I planned to tip her like I do for housekeeping at an actual hotel, but I had no cash and nowhere near offered cash back. Hopefully she reads this and knows I appreciate her upbeat vibe each morning.

Check out is at 11AM, on Friday I checked out around 10:30. I paid for an extra night when really I needed to leave Friday, a simple mistake, however they do not give refunds!! I explained the situation and they did not care. I was a quality guest: no pets, no loud noise, no questionable intentions etc for approximately 15 days spread out over 4-weeks; still no refund. I will not stay here again nor recommend it to others. This place caters to locals so I'm sure they do not care about...

It was a nice stay for the most part. Comfy bed, and the TV and fridge and microwave worked. Did not get any fresh towels or any room cleaning come by during the three days I was there. There was dirt/splatter of stuff on the walls amd someone had punched holes in the wall next to the bed that were not patched up, and the mini fridge looked like it was dropped a few times when moving it in there. They had an older style TV with a bunch of channels though. The management/employees called like 5 times every morning an hour before check out (usually waking us up) which was really annoying (we paid day by day which is understandable but we didn't order a wake up call amd not that they offered such service).

We also came back from being out one day and thw whole bathroom floor was wet for no reason. It was like someone showered without showering.

I also had made a reservation, but they wouldn't let me check in until 1PM and we got into town at around 7:30/8AM after driving all night so we were forced to sleep in the car until 1P. Then when I went to check on, they didn't pull up my reservation (but didn't mention it) and charged me $10 more than the site that I had booked it on told me it was going to be.

They put my daughter out at 10:50am however check out is at 11am they said it was no smoking but the room smells heavy of cigarette smoke and theirs a ashtray in the room.
