UPDATE: I would like to update my review of this particular Cracker Barrel location. First, I stand by what I wrote in my original review (please read below). I would just like to add that when I and my two sons visited "The Barrel" Thursday morning, my middle son who has Schizophrenia had an accident in the bathroom related to his mental disorder, nothing to do with Cracker Barrel. Upon learning of the situation I sprang right into action to assist my son and not to my surprise (because they are so amazing and awesome), the Cracker Barrel staff was right behind me offering assistance and understanding in only the amazing way the Cracker Barrel staff steps up. I want to thank and highly commend Manager Michael, our server Jackie, the young lady who assisted me in the Country Store when I needed to purchase a blanket to cover my son with and the young woman whose name escapes me but whose smile shines brighter than the sun who was working at the station where you check in and are seated who said, "Don't worry about cleaning up the table (something I tend to do as a courtesy to the hard workers who serve us), we got this, you just focus on caring for your son," I have no words but the thanks of a grateful father, patron, and dare I say, friend of all at this particular Cracker Barrel location. I just love this location and the staff. I am not kidding folks! There are not enough stars in the sky to cover the amazing talent and great food and customer experience the management and staff provide at this particular location in terms of ratings. THEY ARE OFF THE CHART!!!! I realize we all see reality differently, but this is my reality and I am proud to stand by this amazing location and their amazing staff. --Carlos Michael (Updated 081525) What can I say about this particular Cracker Barrel location. There aren't enough stars in the universe to rate their food, service, and atmosphere. I have been visiting this location for years, however every visit feels as if it is my first. The staff, food, service, ambience and the Country Store put a smile on my face each and every visit. I almost seldom leave without purchasing something from the Country Story. Cracker Barrel is definitely old country charm, new city taste, and all year holiday fun. Each time I step through their doors, it is as if I step into my favorite time of the year ... Autumn, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Do yourself a favor. Give yourself a "Cracker Barrel" smile and tell them Carlos sent you.

Great Recovery and Excellent Food My dad and I visited Cracker Barrel for dinner and were initially seated at a larger table in the middle of the dining room better suited for a family than two people. I noticed a smaller table by the window that felt more comfortable for us, so we moved after I saw the host had wiped it down. My dad was hesitant at first, but we agreed it was a better spot. Unfortunately, once we moved, we waited quite a while without being acknowledged. I realized the original table we left had already been served while we hadn’t even been greeted. I decided to speak up and caught the attention of the service manager. He immediately stepped in, took our drink and food orders himself, and resolved the situation with professionalism and urgency. The original server later came by and sincerely apologized. I appreciated that, and I also understand how things can slip through the cracks during busy shifts. I’ve worked in food service before, so I know both sides customer expectations and behind-the-scenes pressures. What mattered to me was that the issue was handled respectfully and quickly. The food itself was excellent. My dad really enjoyed his meal he specifically mentioned how well-seasoned the chicken was and that the broccoli was cooked perfectly. I had the Country Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes and baby carrots, and I’ve got to say, the carrots were the surprise highlight tender, flavorful, and just right. The chicken was crispy, the potatoes comforting, and the whole meal hit the spot. I wish I had caught the manager’s name who helped us because he truly turned the experience around. If you’re reading this thank you. I made sure to tip both him and the original server as a sign of respect. All in all, what started off rocky turned into a very enjoyable dinner thanks to good leadership and great food. A solid 4-star experience, and we’ll be back.

After having a bad experience at this place during my Valentine's dinner weekend with my husband. Was treated badly by the employees because they cared more for the party of 30 then a party of two. All I got from cracker barrel after voicing my experience is a free dessert when we did not order no dessert during our visit, but we did spend over $30. Being there since 6pm waiting for tables, was not seated an hour later, and was served unappreciately. They definitely let their customer down, by providing free dessert. So basically they are saying that their employees were right to be dishonest on their wait time and treat their non big party table worse then the big table group. If I can give them no stars I would. For those who been at this location knows how I feel about them. A quarter of the room was empty but due to short staff because two server was taking care of the big group we as other customer waiting to be seated was ignore because of it. That is truly the cracker barrel promise. Ignore small parties and lie to them while we take care of the big party with all our staff. Plus with the free dessert was just a slap to me and my husband face. We enjoy our time at cracker barrel but not this one. It was a bad experience from the beginning when the host lied, manager lied, server lied, and food at that point was bad as well. I am going to stop right now there is no point of voicing our opinion all we get from it is a slap to the face with a free dessert after spending more than $5 and having a bad experience all around. CRACKER BARREL DONT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMER THAT SHOULD BE THEIR NEE SLOGAN.

We visited this Cracker Barrel while in town visited family. We dined in once and had a great experience. Our server Yuli was very sweet, attentive, and polite. Everyone on staff working that morning was actually. We enjoyed our meal even though the atmosphere was quite eerie and quiet. We knew we’d be back again this weekend.

Unfortunately, we visited again this morning and placed a to-go order of just hash brown casserole for our grandmother that we’re going to visit. She loves it and we figured it wouldn’t take long at all to stop and get it on our way. We arrived to the location at around 8:40, places our order, paid almost 15 minutes later at 8:52, and didn’t receive our order until 9:10. 30 minutes for two side orders of hash brown casserole. When my husband inquired about what was taking so long, the hostess smirked in his face condescendingly, and said, “Yeah they’re making your order, they’re not just standing around back there.” Turns out another customer had accidentally taken our order, and our order needed to be remade. If that hostess would have been polite about it, apologized, and not have been rude our experience would have been a lot better. I called to file a complaint after my husband was already fed up and didn’t allow me to go back in and the manager on duty (who also happened to be the employee to bring us our super late order) sounded eager to get me off the phone and fed me some bs if they’d check the cameras and she’d be fired within a day or two. Yeah right. I asked for a refund, he too sounded flabbergasted that someone would want to be compensated for a bad experience at this establishment. In the end, my husband decided it wouldn’t be worth it to go back for a refund, and instead we just won’t be visiting this location again. It’s a bummer too because we’re in Tulsa every couple of months and have never had this experience before. Saying we left with a bad taste in our mouth in and...
