Ordering pizza from this establishment is absolutely the worst idea you could possibly have!!! The last time I went to this place. I literally sat at their drive through window for at least 15 minutes while everyone was in the back... Every once and a while I saw delivery drivers come in. I'd try to wave at them and they'd leave without paying me any attention. Nobody would come but I could literally see the pizza I had ordered in their little warmer through the drive through window. That's the ONLY reason I didn't leave. I'd already paid for it and could see it through the window. So I took a picture to show my wife that I could see our pizza sitting there but nobody would come to the window. Another delivery driver walked through and saw me talking pictures through the window as he was walking to the back. It wasn't until that point that someone finally came to the window and it was obvious that he only came to the window because he was told I was taking pictures. Because the attitude he gave me when he finally handed me the pizza that had been sitting in that warmer the whole time I'd sat there looking at it was completely unbelievable. The pizza was paid for through the pizza hut app so all the guy had to do was hand it to me but I don't know what they were doing that they couldn't come to the window bc this was a few months ago during a time when their lobby was closed and besides the delivery drivers that weren't paying me any attention until they saw taking pictures🤷♂️ I don't give a shit about any free pizza from pizza hut so I never called corporate to complain about any management or any individual workers. Read moreJust my last experience with Pizza Hut: Got the wrong pizza (clearly a mix-up because I had a 1 topping on alfredo and the pizza I got had everything), so I called back and told the manager that I may have received the wrong pie. He said "OK, we will remake it for you and you can keep the other pizza." The same driver comes back and ACCUSES ME OF LYING and ASKS TO SEE MY ID to confirm my name. I genuinely thought he was joking at first, but I fetched my ID and pointed at my name on the ID for him, then snatched it out of his hand as he was inspecting it, and didn't take the pizza they had offered me. I was having a rough week, and this driver felt my wrath, TRUST ME. I SCORCHED him for calling me a liar and sent him fleeing back to his car with the pizza I refused. I called Pizza Hut multiple times that evening AND THE NEXT DAY... they said they would give me a free pizza, but instead I asked to speak to someone higher up the ladder (corporate). A free pizza honestly doesn't suffice for this absolute mess. Any driver working who acts in this manner should be FIRED immediately and someone on the team should try to make it right. Never heard back (despite their word I would), and they have lost my business FOREVER. Read moreWe ordered delivery of one medium pizza, a 6 piece bone in wing, and an 8 piece bone out wing. When the order arrived, both orders of wings were boneless. My friend that I was eating dinner with doesn't like boneless. I called the store to request that they bring the correct wings out. I was told that they would bring out the correct wings but I had to return the incorrect product. I explained that he didn't want to complain so he had already eaten a few of them. I could hear the manager in the background telling the CSR what to say. I asked to speak directly to her. She confirmed that indeed she needed the incorrect product returned even though this was a mistake on their part not ours. I told her that was a horrible policy and that I would be contacting the general manager the next day in addition to leaving this review. I understand it may not be the manager on duties fault, but I am not the type of customer that is playing the system or trying to get something for free.
