This place was disgusting. I would have never stayed here on my own. It was booked as a part of a Storm tour I was on. Lowest, cheapest possible place they could put us on so they can pocket as much money as they can. This is not a safe area either. The first night I had someone knock on my door twice around 9:30pm and shake the door handle. Prior to that when I pulled the covers back to get in bed, this was all over my bed. It was so gross. My hair is blonde and was in braids. The hot water in the room didn’t work. So I was unable to take a warm or even hot shower either day. The floor had food crumbs all over it as well. The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke and the people in the parking lot and around the building were surely not safe for a female to be alone around. Not to mention the transactions that looked as were taking place between them.

You definitely get what you pay for! This place is a former Days Inn (as evidenced by the signs that are covered with blue masking tape all over the place). Pros: The location is right next to the interstate and there are lots of food choices within walking distance. It's quiet as well. The price was reasonalbe. The rooms are clean and the property is kept clean. There are lots of power outlets in the room and thr internet works well. Cons: The place is definitely in need of some TLC. It is dated for sure. The breakfast options are meager (waffles from a waffle maker that is difficult to use, cereal, toast, hasbrowns. That's it every day. As well, butter in a household container can't be sanitary.) It would seem that there are people living here as evidenced by the bikes in the side lobby each morning.

The desk clerk was extremely friendly and accommodating. The stair carpet needs to be removed it is old and not so appealing, but have seen worse. Once in the room, everything was great. There was lots of highway noise on the front of the building, and the A/C unit was loud when it kicked on, but I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I normally stayed in a much more expensive class, but everything was full due to a concert. I had an early morning flight, so I needed to be close to the airport. Everything was full, so I took my chances as the reviews were good. All was great, and I would stay there again without hesitation. The bed was very comfy and clean.

You get what you pay for. That being said, it was clear they were in the middle of a remodel so I'll take that into account. If you're not familiar with the area I highly recommend using your GPS once you get close and then skipping the obnoxiously close to a light and highway on/off ramps road that this place is located on. You can access it from a side road coming from behind the building that is far less congested. The room we had was freshly remodeled. There were no comforters/duvet covers on the beds which I thought really odd. We had a double queen room for 4 people. I asked for a roll away bed because I had teenagers of mixed genders that I didn't want sharing a bed, nor did I feel comfortable or that it was appropriate sharing with one to relieve the issue from the other bed. They would not give me a roll away even though there was plenty of space in the room for it because I had paid for four people and had a room that already accommodated 4 people. They didn't care when I explained my situation. And I couldn't very well stick someone on the floor because it was a floating wood floor instead of carpet and there were no damn comforters!! Saw a few roaches. Pool was green and not open and didn't appear to be a super new state for it which really bummed out the kids. All in all it was close to food options from fast to sit down, within a decent proximity to the BOK Center which is why we were there, and definitely not the worst place I've stayed, I booked online and got a great price (although I understood it a lil better once there) but it was far from my best place. I wouldn't intentionally book there again anytime soon, but like I said, for the rate I got it at but not anymore, I would stay there again before sleeping in my...

DO NOT STAY HeRe. . My fiancee and I booked a room online for 4 nights. We paid in advance. we didn't show up on check in day, but the following morning bright and early to find out that they had canceled our reservations. And told me I would have to wait 7 to 14 days to get my $ back. They didn't try to reach out to me before they did this. So for 3 hours my pregnant fiancee sat outside in heat while I tried and tried to get our room and situation resolved. I argued and got on phone with oyo. Finally they gave me a room after I had to pay for our dog even though website said they where pet friendly. My fiancee was getting sick by this point. When we finally get to our room and i realize its not even what I paid for. But we are to tired to argue any more so we lay down for a nap, only to be awoke 30 min later by bugs biting us. I about 10 bites and my fiancee about the same . We start looking and realize that this place is infested. And I mean infested. I have no clue how a hotel could be open and operating under these conditions. So once again I get on phone to call customer service. All I wanted was to switch locations. They promised to call me back within 30 min. Meanwhile we packed and tried to make sure bugs weren't all in our things. 1 hour and half later I call them back. And get told i have to options get a refund but i won't see my money for 7 to 14 days. Or stay there.

We left. We weren't there for 4 hours total. Booked for 4 nights but came home and had to cancel our vacation. We still haven't got anything resolved or repayed for this Terrible...

I would not recommend paying money to stay here... We had an emergency, our AC went out during a heat wave . My daughter and I and 2 grandbabies checked in to a non smoking room. The man at the desk saw me with a pack of cigarettes in my hand and told me there is no smoking in that room. I told him that I'm aware. I don't smoke around my grandkids. Walked outside to smoke. He seemed to be watching me like I was going to steal something. I walked in the lobby heading to an old vending machine, he tried to tell me I was going the wrong way to my room. I felt very insulted when he told my daughter that he knew I was sneak smoking in the room when no one was looking. I do not smoke around my grandkids. Aside from being called a Liar the staff was rude. The cleaning ladies were very short with us and very stingy with their stained white towels. There was a swimming pool but seemed to be closed to guests. On one occasion their family seemed to be enjoying it. Then it was locked again the entire 3 days we stayed.. we will not be taking our business here again. This hotel is not kid friendly. Does not offer breakfast, there are no coffee pots on the rooms. The only coffee they offer is from an ancient instant coffee machine. Clean friendly hotels are in need in this area.. Too bad this is not...
