STRANGE LOCATION, amazed they are allowed to continue with such poor service. I must have food delivered due to serious health issues. I love tuna on the 9 grain bread, with mayonnaise. Unfortunately they have consistently given me light tuna with a pint of mayonnaise 90% of the time. It has spilled out on me, my clothes and got on everything. More than once the mayo was so full it soaked through the bread, got all over the wrapping papers and all over everything. They've forgotten drinks, cookies and twice have sent Pepsi rather than Coke. I've tried to call them directly. The 1st time it rang over 15 times. I thought maybe they were on another line, so I called again. The 2nd time it rang around 50 times! This really irritated me, and I tried selecting "1" for catering. They didn't answer this selection either! I called the Subway's main office and reached a manager. I explained to the man my circumstances and concerns in detail. As this was a person I assumed would be greatly concerned about the performance of a location, I ordered from them again. They got the cookies and drinks correct, but not the sandwich AGAIN! I don't like MAYONNAISE SANDWICHES! And if someone with a position that enables them to put change in force couldn't correct this location, in my opinion it's beyond salvation. And although this is a favorite for both my son and myself, I GIVE UP! They don't value their customers or their reputation. After checking several previous remarks by others, they do value consistent poor quality and poor service. People, bad reviews outweigh the good by 75% or more. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY OR YOUR 1% TAX BRACKET COIN! Don't go or order delivery. It's not worth the headaches or mayonnaise...
Read moreI didn't post this earlier because I don't blame the employee for being forced to work while sick, I blame Subway for making him feel he couldn't call out.
I bought a sandwich here NOT KNOWING THE EMPLOYEE HAD COVID UNTIL AFTER TOUCHING THE ITEMS and despite my hopes I'd avoided it when I threw the bag away upon leaving, I ended up in the emergency room with a fever of 104.5 that Tylenol wouldn't bring down, unable to even keep down WATER.
So I lost three days of work that disability wouldn't cover (because you have to be unable to work 8 days for that) and was in agony. That was the type of vid that makes your skin feel like broken glass shards. I had to get my fluids through IV bags. I should've sued over that, but I didn't want another working class person to lose their only income since I'm sure management would have just blamed him. That wouldn't have even happened in the first place if they allowed employees to feel they won't lose their job or rent money TO STAY ALIVE by calling out sick. I used to love subway sandwiches and cookies, despite how bad they are for you, and ate them semi frequently. I haven't bought Subway since then, and don't know if I ever will after that. Being barely able to move for DAYS and being late on my bills just because a greedy company didn't want to offer employees sick time disgusts me. Subway is worth over 11 BILLION dollars as a brand. You had to cost me a few hundred dollars and suffering just because you couldn't spare a probably minimum wage employee just $100? Or even just $80? Really? Every time I see the logo now, that's all I remember even though this was several months ago. What a way to be pushed to eat...
Read moreI call to make a call in they tell me nope can’t do it you have to go to our website. Okay so I did and it kept saying oops in Spanish once I put my payment info in it did it three times and I gave up. Go to look at my bank statement it charged me twice and they never even got my order processed! It’s absurd it took me half an hour messing with it now I’m going to stand in line another half an hour to get our sandwiches made! What a waste of my time! Jeez! And now we’ll always pay cash with our orders. No telling how many times they’ve charged our cards double without us noticing! I call the store and they acted like there was nothing they could do. Lesson learned never use your card at subway to pay online! Beware!!! Order at your own risk!!! Thanks for nothing! Will go out of my way to go to another location. Thank god my bank took care of business because they will not care to even try! I usually don’t even leave bad reviews like this but it was astonishing that the manager acted clueless like he had no idea how to fix it! Shouldn’t a manager know these things! Train your people to be...
