This campground is very nice and everyone seems very friendly however access to the sites are practically nonexistent. It is very obvious that this campground is not focused on traveling RVers. The access roads are twists and turns and littered with trees - many growing into the drive path. The road they expect you to bring your trailer into and navigate the park resemble hiking foot paths. It is nearly impossible to bring a trailer any larger than 20 feet into this place without damaging one side of it or the other. The sites are completely sand covered so get ready for a lot of sand. And there is only one bath house for the entire campground which seems a bit inadequate for a campground this size. But beyond that the pool area was very nice. cabana area was very nice and seems relatively new. Although we damaged our slide awning, we did have a nice time. Sympathetic season campers all seen to admit they see trailer damage quite frequently due to trees.

This would be a 5 star review but we had minor issues upon arrival. Our assigned spot was ok for our 40' motorhome but low branches made it difficult to navigate and a risk to roof damage. Additionally, our site was previously a seasonal site and the location where the deck was removed was/is littered with broken glass, screws/nails, and other assorted debris. It is unsuitable for families with kids. We did a self-help cleanup to make it presentable for our stay. Yes, we did inform management (Dropped off a bag of garbage. Maintenance provided the use of a leaf rake) The pool area is top-notch with amazing landscaping. The campground is small and super quiet at night. The location is ideal for sightseeing and trips to the awesome NJ beaches. In conclusion, we really enjoyed the campground on our first trip to the Jersey shore. In fact, we asked and received an extension. When we return, Echo Farms will likely be our first choice.

We stayed here as a Thousand Trails member. We were here during the week and it was a quiet campground. One way, narrow roads made it hard to get our trailer into and out of the assigned site. It was easier to back into the site than pull out because of trees at the front edge of the site. My husband is a very experienced driver and still ended up damaging the side of our trailer pulling out. This is not a good campground for inexperienced trailer drivers. We had a fire pit but no picnic table. The lots are shaded and mostly occupied by permanent campers. Beautiful pool area and nice basketball court. Plenty of mosquitoes around and large ants were all over our car. Location is convenient to Sea Isle City, Ocean City boardwalk, Wildwood, and Cape May.

This was a really frustrating weekend. What I will say that is positive is the campground is clean and it has a nice pool and small playground. My site was partially stone, had a fire ring, but no table or anything else. In my opinion, this place isn't for the weekender with kids. This is for the seasonal camper. My problem started with me, I shouldn't have done this last minute. I have a 35' TT with a full size 3500. I told them this, but they booked me in a site that was for a 25' trailer at best. I was able to get the camper in after several attempts. When I went to the front desk, I was told that they were actually thinking of lowering the max size for that location (a little late for me). I then asked if they had a tractor that could be used to pull me out when I leave. That wasn't an option, but they sent "help" to "guide" me through the tight spots and the trees. Well, there is my problem. My "guide" was watching my driver side and literally waved me on and told me to push over a tree stump causing damage to my two rims (he was literally standing next to the stump). Now, did he tell me this right away??? NOPE. I had to pull away to the trash area where he handed me my small hubcap pieces, but didn't tell me of the real damage. I walked over to put the piece back on and saw the damage. When I went in and complained about this, I was told they were sorry and that was it. No offer to maybe refund my weekend or a partial refund. So, that is where the horrible rating comes into play. Tight spots. Larger...

I’ll start with the good and ends with the not-so-good. It’s conveniently located near many shore towns in South Jersey. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station and McDonald’s within a mile. Nice pool. That’s it for the good! Into the bad… If you are a transient camper or TT member, go somewhere else. There is no store on the premises. The roads within the campground are barely wide enough for a truck without a trailer! We near side-swiped several trees getting in here. Most of the roads are dirt so if you want to take a walk, don’t wear sandals or your feet will be filthy. My 22’ camper barely fit into the first spot we were assigned but after setting up, our electric voltage was so low, our surge protector kept shutting off because it read 99 volts on both the 30 Amp AND 50 Amp circuits!! We had to pack up, search for another site and try to convince the lady who answered the phone to let us change spots. There are very few travel trailers here. It’s almost all seasonal, neglected spots. Very few spots are for travel trailers or RVs. Most sites are run down, ugly to look at. Every spot is practically on top of the neighbor. You can hear everyone’s conversations and even though they have a curfew, it seems like the seasonal people are immune to it and stay up until 2 am partying and talking loud. I will definitely never...
