I stayed for the weekend and had a good experience. The room was tidy and presentable. Bed was clean and comfortable and there was even a kitchenette and supplies for cooking and cleaning. Located almost directly on the beach makes this a great cost-effective place to stay. The affiliated restaurant nearby was great, as well. That said, the facility is worn and could use some updates. The windows in my room needed a cleaning, and were all unlocked; if they took the time to securely close the windows they'd probably save a bundle on heating and cooling costs. No available parking was not a big issue because they give good directions and guidance, but walking 2-3 blocks to my vehicle was slightly inconvenient. Stay at the Carisbrooke Inn across the street or rent the parking pass if you want to park close. My only interaction with hotel staff was when I checked out, but this proves they are available and attentive. I'm not a fan of how room keys are left in a communal place for pickup because it could pose a security hazard. Thank you for the...

After years of owning a condo in Ventnor, this was to be our first summer without one and we were pretty nervous about the transition - John (The manager) was so incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs prior to arriving. Read moreWe’ve been staying at the Carisbrooke Inn every year for a week in the summer. This year we stayed across the street at the North Beach Hotel. We had a very nice apartment with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. It’s not modern and beautiful, but it’s clean and comfortable. We had a king size bed and plenty of room for all our things. Both places are owned by John, who is always available and helpful. He also owns the restaurant on the corner, which is very good. Ventnor beach is gorgeous and the boardwalk is quiet. You can easily go into Atlantic City if you choose. We’re going back next summer...
