Girl answering the phone needs to learn some etiquette. Disgusting attitude. The customer is always right! Fix ur doordash and fix ur customer service. I’ve ordered door dash dozens of times and when it says what it has in the description :

Soft tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, ground sausage, diced tomatoes, and fresh spinach.

AN ITEM description in DoorDash will describe what comes in the food item on the baseline. AND THEN there will come a list of OPTIONAL add-ons. This isn’t what happened. I got a wrap with egg and that’s it. The girl on the phone told me you have to pay for the add ons and she told me that most people know how to use the app and basically I’m stupid. I was there twice in the last three days. My experience was horrible. I ordered two cups of ice cream each time. Both times I was there it took 10-15 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I received my ice cream. I stood at the window and watched the painfully slow process. I was the only in there both times so they were not busy. When I received my ice cream cups they had very little ice cream in it. The second time was the worst with the ice cream swirled in such a way that most of the cup was empty. I spent $17 both times and feel completely ripped off. We ordered takeout several times as well as eaten your delicious ice cream. The person on the phone who took our order was very efficient and everything was correct when we picked it up and in the time period she told us it would be. I had the Crab Cake Dinner and it was very good and plentiful. There was basically no fillers and it came with a side salad and 2 vegetables. I saved the 2bd Crab Cake to eat for lunch. I ordered various meals for 5 people and we all enjoyed what we ate. No dinner is complete without returning for some wonderful ice cream which we did! We will absolutely be...
