Update day 2. 750am loud loud pounding and scraping above my head. This is beyond stupid. I will never stay here again. Roofers working this early is plain ignorant

We arrived late at night. I had reserved a 2 bedroom master suite. The original gentleman i spoke with was wonderful. However upon entering room there were no blankets for the queen sleeper sofa. I went down to get some blankets and the new shift gentleman was very rude. I simply asked for a certain blanket that is not wool so my son wont itch all night. He said there is blankets in our room. I explained there was none. So, he stood there and looked confused. However the original gentleman i dealt with was just walking out and he stopped and found 2 blankets. The rude gentleman should be thankful i was so tired otherwise i wouldnt have had a problem letting him know regarding his rudeness.

Around 9am we were woke with loud pounding and scraping. When we arrived we had noticed there was some roofing going on. I do wish we would have been told regarding the roofing. I would have chose a different location knowing we were a late arrival. So now my kids have had little sleep. The sofa sleeper mattress is horrible. The issues i complain aboutare issues we have not dealt with at other locations. Even more so considering the type of room we use and we utilize hotels throughout the u.s atleast 8 times a month. The roofing guys also had a 30yard roll off dumped off rite next to my truck came close to hitting it and then squeeze himself between his truck and mine to check where he was. I park out of tge way everywhere i go to be sure things like that do nit happen. When you check in the desk has you put your vehicle information down. It would have taken just a few minutes to find out whos truck it was and ask for it to be moved. This location does not have the amenities that other locations have. Maybe its my fault for not checking. Went down for breakfast at 930am. Sausage and eggs were gone. Orange juice was watered down. Heat lamp above whirlpool does not work. The t.vs here are smaller other locations have 42" t.v's i believe and do not have the connect features for netflix. I seek these types of rooms for the purpose of...

I got married down the road on sep. 24th 2023. My wife was given a bracelet that she had lost at some point through out the night. We called the same day we left to see if the bracket was in the room. We were told “The room has not yet been cleaned.” We asked if we came back, could we check the room for the lost bracelet. They responded with a yes. We came back and got the key to the room to find that the room had been completely cleaned out. (Found this weird since they knew we were coming to find a family heirloom.) unsuccessful on finding the bracket we decided it must of either been picked up or dropped somewhere else. Later in the day we found that there was an additional charge against my wife and myself. When we called and asked about the charge we were told “there was smoking in the room and that’s why the charge is there” when asked who we were speaking to she told us her name is Julie. Unsatisfied with the attitude we had received we asked to speak to a manager. She responded that she was the manager. We told this lady that “We don’t smoke.” (Disgusting and never smoked a day in my life.) she responded “I trust my staff.” Even though her staff failed us time and time again. I’m not satisfied with our stay nor the treatment that was given to my wife. This place deserves no company since all they are after is your wallet. Thanks Julie for letting me tell all my family, friends, and co workers not to use your building for anything. Everyone who follows my reviews I simply say “Pick a place a little further down the road that treats the customer right and is ALSO cheaper.” Julie you should be ashamed of yourself. I'm usually not very vocal about my hotel experiences but our stay this past weekend was not good at all and I felt the need to speak up about it. We chose a king bed room that had a jet tub in it. Filled it up and the jets didn't work. Tried everything we could think of. Nothing. It wasn't worth reporting right away as we were only staying one night but did report it upon checkout. We were not offered any type of refund even though we paid extra for this feature. Hoping they AT LEAST take action to get it fixed and don't just leave it for others to have the same thing happen with no note or anything about it not working. At breakfast the next morning there was NOTHING left - several people were going to McDonald's to get something and shouldn't have had to pay extra when breakfast was supposed to be included. They were fully booked the night we were there but they did not restock anything. When someone asked if they would be bringing out more breakfast sausages they said they didn't have any more on hand. How do you run completely out when you offer free breakfast and knew you were fully booked? The breakfast counter tops were not kept clean either. Everything was a mess.
