I stayed at this best Western in late April 2024. I had been so impressed with the BW in New Hampshire, I figured I'd give this one a try, too. I usually stay at Marriott. This was disappointing. 1) When I made the reservation, I informed them that I had mobility issues and requested to be near the elevator. She stuck me at the nearly the end of the hall on the main floor. l didn't have the strength to argue when I told her that the room was too far, but she insisted that it's closer than the elevator (that I walked past at the end of the lobby). Just look at the photos. 2) One bed looked like housekeeping took a nap in it. The other bed was made nicely with pressed sheets. The other queen bed was wrinkled like something happened on it. 3) Tiny roaches. Every day. 4) What's in the toilet? When I entered the room, there was something in the toilet. I flushed it. Went to visit my sister. It was there again. 5) The backdoor (when I found the other elevator) is broken. They put a sign up asking you to go to the front of the hotel (remember I have mobility issues). The back door was open and not lockable. But it was quicker to the room if we go through the broken door to the 2nd elevator. 6) Only two handicap spots and one was an EV charger, too. So, if there is a car charging, you can't park in the only other handicap spot. 7) It's a continental breakfast, not a full breakfast. The pork sausage patties were undercooked, or the hardest cooked eggs on this side of the Mississippi. You had a choice of cold cereals. I opted for a cup of cranberry juice and the nearest exit. I was pretty disappointed with this Best Western, not for the breakfast or the toilet, but the lack of service and amenities for those with disabilities. Having to walk that far for my room really wasn't ideal. The BW in New Hampshire is the only absolutely perfect Best Western. New Hampshire had the amenities, the location perfect for me. I didn't have to walk almost to the end of the hall for my room. This one in Atlanta was like the horror movies when you're trying to get down the hall and the hall keeps moving backward, away from you. This BW had no idea how inconvenienced I was. It's like they didn't even read the notes on my reservation or just didn't even understand the assignment when it comes to the disabled. They really need to fix this place up and retrain staff. I cannot recommend this location at all.

I’m writing this as we sit in the room 20 minuets after checking in. Absolutely awful experience, first and foremost this 100% smoke free hotel sure does smell a lot like weed as soon as you step off the elevator. Not to mention that same elevator takes 20 years to decide whether it’s going to show up or not and the other one is completely broken but that’s just the start of the nightmare. As soon as we walk in the room to door does not lock and there is no options to keep your possessions safe i.e. a lockable safe inside the room. We were able to use the bathroom once when we came in, but after that there is no water being supplied to room 502 (and others as a lady was complaining as we walked up to check in). There were possessions left by previous people, an empty Onn nicotine pouch can and an old room key on the shelf to the right as you walk in the door, which makes me question how well these rooms are cleaned as if you miss something that big, what are you missing else where? As we are walking in, I notice the cleaning crew had cans of 1-2-3 Bullseye stain coverup paint on their carts, thinking it’s a little suspicious but not thinking too much of it we continue to our room on the 5th floor. There we are greeted with massive water damage stains on the Sheetrock ceiling in the room, no telling how long they have been covering them up with that spray instead of fixing the issue. Considering my pregnant wife and I are staying here, and my profession is directly tied to the dangers of mold and water intrusion this is a massive area for concern. Please DO NOT bring your family here, I am considering telling them they can keep their nasty unkept rooms and we will make the 3 hour drive back home tonight after a concert she is very excited for is over. I am willing to make sure she is okay by driving home at God knows what time rather than stay in this awful hotel.

Puh, this was a close race between one and two stars…let me explain. First impession was great, newly remodeled and nicely decorated. When we took the elevator to the 4th floor, we saw stains of paint everywhere and the carpet was definitely not new. I booked a King room, but the guy at the front desk gave us a double Queen. So I had to get back to change it. In our bathroom the new mirror was crooked and broke at the edge, the fawcett of the shower was loose and the nightstand next to my side of the bed had non functional outlets. Please remember, this hotel reopened just a few days ago. During both nights of our stay there were parties on our floor until 5 in the morning. We just arrived after a 10 hour flight from europe and could barely sleep. After our first night the fire alarm started around 6 am due to something burning in the kitchen. So we went down for breakfast and were shocked. As you can see in the pictures, there were a few toasts and bagels, but nothing to put on it, no cream cheese, no peanut butter, no jelly. There was an empty fridge and the coffe was stale and lukewarm at best, so we had to go out for breakfast both mornings. I am a Best Western rewards member and 90 percent of my stays are in BW hotels. But this one was the worst BW we ever stayed in (except one sure stay, but that is another story). And the pool was closed which I was not aware of when I was booking.

Me and my boyfriend checked in for a week . We also planned on extending the room for another day . The cleaning lady does not speak any English . She just keep nodding her head and shaking it like she understood but she didn’t . I keep asking her can she clean up the room and I’ll leave so she can clean it she would smile and never come back …. So there’s a big language barrier there . Secondly the arab man with the long hair at the desk this morning I was trying to extend my stay but I was on a rush to take my boyfriend to work . He was getting frustrated towards me because THERE TAPP MACHINE DIDN’T WORK ! I told him I can Pay when I get back so my boyfriend won’t be late . I came back and he was still trying to fix the machine it didn’t work . So a hr goes by the manager comes up stairs and knocks on the door got me to pay . He said you have your card ready . I never one mentioned I was paying with my physical card and he swore up and down that I mentioned I did . Remind you I haven’t had my bank card for 5 days because I lost it so I knew he was lying and frustrated and taking it out on me . So he continue to get loud and he even invited his boss into the argument to defend him being wrong . The brown skin boss DID NOT. Put his employee in his place . I’m a paying customer . We had already payed good money $515 dollars and was going to a extend and pay $72 today on top of that but I will politely leave and go take my money else where. Where it’s respected . I well never be coming back to this hotel again . I have tried to come show this hotel love because I’ve seen the growth but that was the last straw also be aware bathroom doors are raggedy off the Henges who ever installed them didn’t know the proper measurements . NO MICORWAVE IN ROOM HAVE TO WALK DOWNSTAIRS JUST TO HEAT UP FOOD. THE ICE MACHINE LEAKS WATER ON...
