Consistently misses order notes when ordering by Uber eats. The receipt stapled to the bag is correct, but the items ordered or still incorrect or missing. Vegetarian so I ordered the chicken pesto wrap without the chicken (which is an option for removal on Uber eats). The wrap was full of chicken and had to be thrown away.

On today I gave them another try- I ordered the meditarían humus and a Greek salad, paying extra to add avocado. When the order arrived, the $14 hummus wasn’t included in the bag and the $16 salad was included but the avocado I paid $2.50 for not. Someone is not paying attention to the details needed to provided great customer service. I called the driver who confirmed only one box was included in the bag at pick up. Tried to call the location to share this experience, but no one answers the phone.

Good luck folks! We pay too much ti get less than great customer service or at least the things we ordered. Increase your wage and hire folks who will pay close attention to details and handle...

Great service, terrible wrap. I thought this place was going to be an awesome, Heathy spot with plenty of vegan options. Nope. A vegan wrap and a vegan salad were my options. Got the wrap and couldn’t be more disappointed. Honestly the most boring lackluster wrap I think I’ve ever had. It was all kale And very little of the other ingredients. The Tahini came on the side but the kale needed to be tossed in the dressing before putting into the wrap. Duh!! The wrap was not wrapped. It was just like an open taco and everything fell out as I tried to eat it. I ended up with a salad. And a tortilla on the side. Prices were very high, a very small bag of chips was over $2. I also got the Avo toast w/o egg $6. It kills me when places don’t discount when you take meat or cheese or egg off of an item. It’s was okay but the mustard was overwhelming and I love mustard. I recently had to go on a liquid diet during surgery recovery, I gave them a go since they were walking distance. I feel they were over-priced and not very good - the peanut butter/chocolate smoothie I got for my son tasted like watered down peanut butter, I got a spinach, banana, kale combo that was bland except for some strong cinnamon-like after taste (cinnamon wasn’t listed as an ingredient, may have been an accident, but it definitely is not a flavor that sits well on the stomach while ill) neither of us were able to finish them because they were that unenjoyable. I was able to order three fresh, 16 oz smoothies through doordash from another place including delivery fee and tip to the driver for the same amount I paid for two I believe 12 Oz smoothies from this location. Customer service was great though and staff was friendly, may give them another try at another...
