I really love this place! I’ve only been going here for about 5 months but I can see a huge improvement with my skin. The products are amazing and i definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a fresh look to visit here. I was recommended by a friend and her skin is amazing.

UPDATE: I went for 5 months and i saw results… my overall opinion of service is not great. You have to be a celebrity for them to care. I was referred by a friend in the industry but I was treated as a peasant even after spending thousands of dollars with my mother included so I’m adding it all up because I took her. I had a good experience with Lauren abut I we got overlooked and was of no concern so I decided to take my money elsewhere. It’s all about cameras and dollars. I went elsewhere with results that I can be amazed by. FYI her plan is for money first… go where they care about regular paying people and it’s not cheap.

Update Update!!!! This office will send trolls after you! A representative called me about a review that I previously updated and then Boom 💥 a random person called again asking about my experience as if they were dissatisfied as well, asking about a referral to my new place and prices. Dr. Jing Jing is such an astonishing dermatologist. It’s truly divine intervention that I was able to find her with her passion about skin leading her to not only be able to give her clients rich advise on skincare but she also has product lines formulated to treat and address a lot of common issues women of all backgrounds can benefit from. Her products are high quality and not only for care but also for prepping and priming skin for cosmetic procedures especially that of melanted skin. This is her specialty and anyone doing their research should know she is proficient in that niche and I consider her an industry expert. She was able to breakdown in layman’s terms what each product does and why it’s essential to the process of transforming your skin. My personal advice is to set an appointment, take notes, ask questions, invest in your skin, follow her regimen, and get a procedure. Follow everything down to the T. Don’t skip, or take any shortcuts. I am a current client, and have been using her products almost two years. Use your best judgment if your skin is sensitive or doesn’t react well, be observant. They’ve made a significant difference in my procedures going smoothly. I am not local and I was treated well and accommodated to get the most out of my in-person visit. The administrative team doesn’t always answer the phone, and there have been times information was missing out of my profile. The admin side can miss the mark but, it has improved over the past year. If you are looking for a dermatologist this is not the place. Please research any procedures that is recommended before you do it. Customer service at pretty faces is good. Denise does her best to respond to your texts but do not expect Dr Jing Jing to respond to any issues that you are experiencing. I was referred to Pretty Faces to address an issue with my dark circles around my eye. However after my initial consultation, I was told that the picosure treatment would help my hyperpigmentation. I tried the treatment and it was not successful the first time. I should have listened to my intuition and not go back but I was told that you need at least three treatments to be successful. This treatment made my hyperpigmentation worst. My hyperpigmentation was concentrated in one area and has now spread to my entire face. My face looks like it has been burned. Please do your research and go to a doctor that has done this procedure before. There is no recourse at Pretty Faces if anything goes wrong because you have to sign a document saying that if the procedure makes the situation worst that they are not responsible. It has been the worst mistake to come here . I went for my dark circles around my eyes and allowed Dr Jing Jing to ensure me that she can help with my hyperpigmentation.
