BEST RV RESORT IN SOUTHERN UTAH, and I’m not exaggerating. We stayed at Settler’s Point in 2023 for about 4-5 months we loved it so much! The spots are roomy, the amenities are CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED, a food truck or two is there every week, plus the staff works really hard to make sure there are amazing events each week plus additional fun things around the holidays that are family friendly. The staff are legit our Southern Utah family now, and that’s just how it is!
Some other amazing things about the park: amazing location!!! There is a gas station, a Black Bear Diner, a brand new Chipotle, and a very clean Best Western Hotel. Super clutch for a bite when you don’t feel like cooking and also don’t wanna do a grocery run. We had my in-laws come up from Vegas and stayed there and they loved it.
INSIDER TIP FOR GYM LOVERS: They have a gym at the Best Western and will let you workout there for $5/person per day if you ask them and let them know you’re staying at SP. There is also a community center that the resort had some day passes for you to try it out (not sure how long they last or how often they get them), but we like to workout so having these options until they build a gym at the resort were great options to know about, and they are the same rate per day. Aso note that the community center has a daycare! You can drop your little for up to 2 hours per day for a decent rate.
The washers and dryers are wiped out daily which we appreciated because having other ppls dog hair all over our clothes can be a little much, and they use soft water so you don’t need much detergent. Be patient with the payment system on the machines - once you get the feel for them they are easy to use.
All of the amenities are in one convenient location which was helpful when my Gram came in to visit - I didn’t have to worry about her getting lost! My daughter loved riding her bike through the park up to the front every day or so to get mail and chat with whoever was working that day, she loved the playground, and the pool. :)
They have a storefront that has some food items like lunchables, pints of milk and creamer, cheese snacks and the like. Toilet paper and the like - all your standard clutch items. Fresh brewed coffee in the am with a little coffee station. They have branded tees and pickleball gear, luxury handmade soaps, balms, and lotions, and the whole place has a cozy, honey, modern western vibe. ♥️ They have a fire pit in the front to enjoy and you can rent a lil fire pit (which we did) for your site as well.
Tishanne and the staff do a GREAT job with the daily decor, and they do an AMAZING JOB for the holidays!!! Like for real y’all they DO NOT PLAY about the holidays!
They looked out for my daughter and our food preferences for her when they planned holiday events, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable there. They let us have my daughters 4th birthday party there and helped me set up and tear down, and when I tell you these ladies do not play about keeping things clean, and we love them for it big time!
The views are STUNNING and because it’s tucked off of the highway right in a newly developing neighborhood, you get more of a neighborhood vibe with zero highway noise. Close to downtown STG, plus so much of what you need is right on Telegraph. There are SO MANY places to visit and explore that aren’t too far away like Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Dixie Rock, the Gardens always had fun things to do for the holidays - just ask Angie and she is gonna hook you up with all the places you should go and check out!
Everyone is literally family: Tishanne, Angie, Mama Connie, Tanner, Marcie, and the new girl who started right before we left I think her name is Jody, ALL FABULOUS FABULOUS FABULOUS!!! We love them all and miss everyone all the time because they treated us with such kindness. We had to come back east for work and since we’ve left we’re stacking up every other RV park to SP and of course, nobody can be SP. NOBODY!
Thank you again from the TOP of our hearts! We...

Read moreAlthough our stay was last year I felt it imperative that a review be made. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Settlers Point Luxury RV Resort! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this wasn’t your typical RV park—it’s a true resort experience. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with wide, paved roads and spacious sites that make parking and setting up a breeze. Full hookups, excellent Wi-Fi, and level gravel pads made our stay incredibly comfortable.
The amenities here are top-notch. The pool and hot tub area is a true oasis—clean, modern, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The clubhouse is beautifully designed, offering a luxury feel you rarely find in RV resorts. There are also laundry facilities, and dog-friendly areas that are spotless and well cared for.
The staff at Settlers Point deserve special mention. They’re friendly, attentive, and truly go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and appreciated. Whether it was providing local recommendations or helping with a site request, they handled everything with a smile. There promptness in providing activities updates needs to be commended. So many parks fail at notification of activities and announcements but not Settlers Point. Top notch job!
The location is another huge plus. It’s peaceful and quiet, but close enough to enjoy dining, shopping, and scenic attractions nearby. We felt like we had the best of both worlds—luxury, relaxation, and convenience.
We highly recommend Settlers Point to anyone looking for a high-end RV resort experience. Whether you’re staying for a night, a week, or the entire season, this place truly sets the standard.
We have been full time for over 10 years and have stayed at hundreds of parks during that time this by far is at the top of places we...
