Naturepedic Organic Mattress Store Wellesley — Hotel in Wellesley

Never been so excited about a mattress!!!! We looked for a natural organic and comfortable mattress for a while, hard to find. Finally found Naturepedic. Beyond excited. We are a couple in our early 30s. Even better we got to go to an actual show room and try out all the options, Chelsea at the Wellesley MA location was incredibly helpful. Patient and informative, very calm and sweet which was helpful when making a big decision like this. It’s unique to find a show room for an organic mattress so this was a huge part of us shopping with Naturepedic. We bought an EOS Classic with me selecting the soft and soft combo (latex free) I’m 120lbs 5’2”. Boyfriend 175lbs 6’3” loved the soft with medium top (latex free). It’s so hard to pick preference online so being in person saved us research and helped us be confident in our purchase. Blown away by company values, helpfulness, and reasonable return policy and comfort guarantee. Wonderful experience at the store! I wandered into the shop prior to doing my grocery shopping at Whole Foods. The woman in the store, Courtney, was very helpful. She gave me a lot of guidance about the mattresses, how they work, and which ones would be a good fit for me and my preferences. She also was very thoughtful in letting me test multiple mattresses, I did not feel rushed at all! I think I laid on one mattress for a good 5 minutes! I am also a big fan of the store because they do not use chemicals and the mattresses are organic. I definitely feel like this business is much better for our environment and future generations. A great experience all around. I wanted a Naturepedic mattress because it looked like the best-quality option and the “most” organic. The company ethos resonated with me. Plus its made in America.

The sales process was outstanding. The person I worked with was responsive, thoroughly knowledgeable about the product and she was really helpful in working out the logistics around delivery since I had a special circumstance.
