Hi! First time at Oath Pizza yesterday. Got 3 "large" pizzas. I would say that they were medium sized when compared to most other places. Some comments: The girl waiting on us was very nice and trying to answer our questions. She was new, as there was someone else there that was in the back of the shop. Surprisingly, she did not seem to know what a "white" pizza was. Probably not her fault. The pizza crusts were sitting in a pile on the counter, already cooked, very thin. I watched as she and the other woman took 3 from the pile and proceeded to put the topping on. The ingredients looked fresh but I have no idea how long they might have been out of the refrigerator. When they came out of the oven, not a real pizza or brick oven, as they went through very fast. I'm used to pizzas taking around 20 min to cook. The quantity of ingredient on the pizza was not substantial for the price we paid of $28+ per large pizza. They did taste good but the crust was hard most likely due to the very thin crust. I think the concept is good but the price is too high for what you get. Sorry, but I don't think I will be getting pizza from Oath again. The workers were very nice &...
Read moreClean and efficient, but somewhat disappointing food and atmosphere. The pizza crust here is unique - premade, and appearing to be sort of like a pastry with a grilled surface. It is not made on site. The staff here said they didn't know where it came from or how it was made. They had a stack of crusts ready. The crust was nicely textured but could have used some salt. We ordered the truffle mushroom pizza and it had white cheese and mushrooms. Unfortunately, the flavor was bland and lacking oomph. I wish I had ordered something else. Perhaps I will try again. Other than the food, the atmosphere was lacking in warmth and our group was not able to sit at a table together. We ended up sitting in a row at a counter, which was OK but not...
Read morei like the pizza the pizza dough is made in a separate facility not bought from a wholesale distributor frozen etc. the dough has avocado oil used in kneading it like you do foccacia bread. the only thing about this concept unlike traditional wood fired pizza it is set up like CAVA , sweetgreen, you mix and match whatever. the only thing poorly invested is stuff like the salads it should house made dressings instead of Ken's dressings (horrible quality) house made real chocolate syrup instead of Hershey ( artificial ingredients like high fructose corn syrup) etc. this idea has more potential then this that was the reason there was set back in franchising. if the owner takes a look and revamps with better...
