Candlewood Suites West Memphis by IHG — Hotel in West Memphis

Our stay was very nice and very affordable. My family of 4 stayed in a double queen suite with kitchenette, although the room was somewhat small for a family and there was no cabinet under the tv area just a small one in front of the bathroom so not a lot of space for luggage and things. Since the hotel was just built a month or so ago everything was very nice. We had some technical difficulties with the key card machine not working while we were there but the staff took care of us the best they could in such a situation, they rode the elevator with each guests taking them to their rooms and not having an attitude about how many times one needed back in their room due to leaving etc. All in all our stay was...

This is a newly built hotel in West Memphis, and everything about it reflects the quality of a brand-new property. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. A big bonus is having Cracker Barrel right next door, which is convenient and always a nice option for a meal.

The hotel also has a gym with all the essentials, which is great for keeping up with workouts while traveling.

The main downside was the breakfast, which felt very basic. The juice was sour and lacked flavor, and in my opinion, a waffle maker would have been a nice addition.

At check-in, we discovered that there was a mix-up with the suite that we had reserved. This could have resulted in a less than 5-star review, but the customer service provided to rectify the issues, impressed us enough to keep the 5 stars. A special thank you to Connie for professionally attending to the matter, and ensuring everything went well from thereon in.

This hotel is brand new, the rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and well-equipped for longer stays. The breakfast provided was a great start to the day.
