I.Keating Furniture World — Hotel in Williston

Nightmare of unprofessional !!!! We went in in the beginning of feb. we ordered custom power recliners and a couch. I paid half then. Then coved came and closed everything down. I called after not hearing from them and asked if the order got delayed. I was told no it should be here soon. Maybe next week. Ok so the week goes by nothing I wait two weeks before calling them again. I was told someone would call the manufacturer and call me back. Well....2 more weeks pass I call again. I voice that all I wanted was a response and date of when my furniture would be here. Again I was told we will track it down and call you. Lol. Two weeks later I again call them back. The last time I was told my couch and a chair were in waiting on last recliner. Today I was told, oh humm we don’t know...ok end of the month!! I strongly suggest our Williston community needs to shop else where. Drive to sidney Johnson’s store is wonderful and they do stand by their word. So many other stores that won’t keep you in the dark. Please Mr. Chuck Cramer please find better professional employees. Williston needs a good furniture store. 1 star is over...

This location is an Ashley/IKeating Outlet, but they can get anything out of the Ashley catalog as well. Matt was friendly, extremely helpful, and went out of his way to go above and beyond to make sure we walked out with exactly what we were looking for. Not once did I ever feel pressured of like I was being up-sold on anything! He listened to my needs, and simply put, treated me like a friend and never like a sale. Ask for him by name... I won't hesitate to see him first next time. My perfect chair was a tricky hunt, as I am taller than most chairs are designed for as well as needing something for medical support and his insights on how to make the chair "adjustable" for fine tuning to my specific need were absolutely perfect. All the staff at this store were much friendlier and even loaded it into my truck. For once, buying furniture didn't feel like car shopping! Thank...
