As a Kitchen Designer who needed an assist with my own home, I was delighted when Elana from Steele Appliance Center approached me on Instagram. The timing could not have been better! Our range died and I was taking the jump from an electric range to an induction model. Elana not only took the time to discuss via email a few options besides the model I was seeking, but also invited me into the showroom for a tour and lunch. I had the opportunity to sit with Elana and her father, Jimmy, to learn about the family business and felt immediately comfortable with their M.O. and their culture.
