Our stay in room 1239 was truly disturbing. In the middle of the night, my husband woke up to a cockroach crawling on him while he was sleeping. He killed it and I’ve attached a photo of it. We also had to kill a spider on the bed. Later, I saw another roach outside and took a picture of that too. This place is clearly infested, both inside and out.
When we told the front desk, the woman casually asked if we wanted waters “to go” as if that would make up for it. No apology, no solution just water. She also claimed the hotel was brand new and that the roaches “come from outside.” That’s not acceptable. I work in a 50-year-old building and we don’t have roaches proper pest control is the issue, not the age of the building.
I also texted Rachel, the manager, as soon as it happened. It’s been over 24 hours and still no response. That says a lot about how seriously they take guest concerns.
Between the bugs, the lack of urgency, and the poor customer service, I would absolutely not recommend this place. If this is how they handle a serious health and cleanliness issue, it’s not a place you...
Read moreI typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. As a loyal Hilton Diamond member, I expect a higher level of service and care—especially when staying at properties under the Hilton brand.
Unfortunately, after checking out, I realized I had forgotten some items in my room (110% positive these items were left on the nightstand near the bed). I immediately contacted the hotel, assuming this would be a straightforward issue to resolve. Instead, I was met with unhelpful responses, delays, and a general lack of concern. Despite multiple follow-ups, the communication was poor, and the staff showed little urgency or accountability in trying to recover the items.
What disappoints me most is not just the lost items, but how the situation was handled. It left me feeling like my loyalty and status meant very little. I’ve had far better experiences with Hilton hotels in the past, which makes this one all the more frustrating.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle post-stay guest concerns—especially for long-time...
Read moreGOOD FOR MAYBE 1 NIGHT ONLY!!! For starters me and my girlfriend came for 1 night from Charlotte to visit a friend in college, the front desk lady immediately switched up on me after she told me it was 21+ to check in and im only 19. She still gave us a room though which i would expect from a nicer hotel. Our room was conveniently all the way at the very end of a long hallway, whatever. The room was nice, besides the fact that the TV did not work as well as the phone to call the office about the TV. We eventually got maintenance to come in and try to fix it but ended up getting offered another room after walking all the way down the long hallway to the front desk to complain about it. The new room had AC controls that would take a HVAC technician to figure out, the TV worked but the toilet in this room didnt. Had to use the Trash can to fill up the toilet with water to flush it. Anyways, highly...
