We come here every year for Cheer Competitions! We enjoy coming early and really enjoy our short stay. After being on the road for almost 5 hours, finally getting to the hotel is a big deal! When we got to the hotel concierge she saw how anxious we were to get freshened up so we could go eat dinner; I'm prior military veteran and she must have seen my tattoos and asked so I Said yes and provided proper identification proving the fact. After that little suprise of savings, she also handed us a welcome bag, which included some snacks, candy, and a bottle of water! When we got to the elevators and rode up to the floor that our room was on and entered the room, we were amazed! It was beautiful 😍 we had a pull out couch bed and a queen size bed plus a very nice bathroom. Everything smelled great and was super clean! We also had a mini fridge, sink, and microwave, all of which were clean! We felt welcomed from the very beginning to the time we checked out! We will always come back here every year! Don't forget about the great breakfast! Automated pancake maker 😋! Scrambled eggs and sausage patties! Hard boiled eggs and yogurt available as well! Plus many types of bagels and bread with a toaster and toaster oven! Coffee is pretty good! Plus assorted juice machine! They have tables available to sit and eat in the dining area, or you can take it all back to your room and enjoy your breakfast in front of your own TV. As you can tell, we enjoyed our stay and have been for the past couple of years! I highly recommend this...
Read moreTerrible experience. I was not allowed to use my Wyndham credit card at this location because I had not yet received it in the mail and the front desk would not allow me to check in without the card present. I booked a very nice King suite and drove to town to find out I could not stay there. After spending nearly an hour on the phone with 10 different departments, including Barclay, I was told it should not be an issue but was still refused - assuming because they are afraid of a charge back? I felt like the front desk sized me up and made a call about me based on appearance. I was so ready to drop $400 on a very nice room for myself. I could have used my debit card but refused out of principle that they were turning me away from using their own brand's card. I chose to cancel my reservation and stay in a dodgy part of town at a much cheaper Wyndham. I feel like the gentleman at the front desk understood my frustration but his GM would not budge. I will be incredibly upset if they charge me for the first night since I cancelled after the check in time considering there was nothing in the reservation information stating I could not use my Wyndham card if it was not present. Further - when my card DOES come in the mail, I will absolutely refuse to stay at this location. I planned to stay here in September with my family for a week but I know these hotels are privately owned and I am so upset at being turned away after getting all the way here; I can't in good conscience give...
Read moreUnfortunately I had a very heartbreaking experience (July 28 - July 30, 2022) when I carelessly forgot my jewelry in the room. I left one watch, one necklace, two bracelets, and seven rings by the television. The rings included my wedding set and several diamond anniversary bands. After many phone calls to the hotel management and several different stories of who cleaned my room after check-out, my jewelry "wasn't found". First story, the person who cleaned my room wasn't in the day I called and didn't answer her phone when the hotel management tried to call her. Second story, it was the owner of the hotel that cleaned my room. The only consistency was the hotel management trying to convince me that I probably packed my jewelry and would come across it when I unpacked. I was also told repeatedly that many guests think they've left things in their hotel room only to "find it later"! I guarantee that my jewelry was left by the television and that whoever went into my room after I checked out, has my jewelry. I did file a police report and reported the theft to the Wyndham corporate office (August 1). The Wyndham corporate office has NOT been in contact with me since I filed the report, even though I was supposed to hear from them within 7 days. It's now been 20 days and NOTHING! My carelessness and the lack of hotel staff integrity/honesty has cost me...
