Silver City RV & MH Community — Local services in Winchester

I've lived here since 2016 and it's always been a great place to live friendly neighbors but there's some things that need to be done better. And as a resident here I feel that instead of talking badly about each other or spreading rumors lies opinions and false/untrue&unproven allegations including hearsay and worrying so much about what other residents are doing because it starts and creates tension problems slander gossip reputation biased separation emotional distress and challenges the credibility of the professionalism and untrue/unfair judgements made by management discrimination against targeted tenants and in return creates issues between tenants and tenants. We all live in Silver City together so let's all talk good to each other and about each other. We are a small community and we're like a family so we should all do our part in keeping our community clean and safe. Nobody should have to feel uncomfortable Everytime they come outside their house or have friends/family over to visit. But we all just have to be vigilant of wanderers, the homeless people because they're only coming in here to look for something to steal. And everyone should get to know their neighbors so we can make a buddy system to watch out for each other's house's and vehicles when there not at home. Regardless of any slander and negative false allegations and or hearsay rumors without any proof or evidence than nobody has the right to do that and is grounds for civil lawsuits for defimation of character, slander, harassment, spying recording or taking pictures of people and their homes, vehicles, visitors, and personal property is Invasion of privacy and is a form of stalking/harassment it creates serious mental health issues , it's unprofessional and grounds for immediate termination of employment or position. And anybody who works for Silver City Community should be in Uniform (the same colors or casual wear with the community logo on it and an employee badge or name tag to identify themselves and what their position is like for maintenance or repair helpers landscape trash guy property manager, or volunteer, etc... Everybody should be treated the same and have the same benefits favors the same electric bill and the rules have to apply to Everyone or No One. Or otherwise that's called discrimination or retaliation for a preconceived notion or opinion/theory/assumptions/ or a second hand unfactual story they might have heard or some lies and exaggerated rumors they heard. I know that my household is not doing anything wrong and we are always willing to help out anybody in our community. Don't be shy or too proud to ask for help and getting to know your neighbors before judging them or assuming things about them based off how they look dress or talk would really help out with this community. I've lived here since Nov 2022. Mary is a wonderful Mgr and to speak frankly I wish there where more Mary's in this kind or any kind business. I had my own trucking business and have been in industry of dealing with the public afor many years and I feel Mary has has 100 percent management qualities. She does her job well and from some comments I feel she's only doing exactly what I would do. I also had rentals and would go by take pictures of the property's and make sure that everything was in order because that shows your doing you job right. I would hire Mary if I still had either business today because she has great management qualities. As for my place here I'd tell everyone I know what a great place I live at.. I even told Mary the very first day I moved in here that this place in 2015 would nt of been a place I would of want to rent from. It was in terrible shape then and since I'm divorce and sold my home I look for a place that I'll feel safe at and this place is it. I feel that who ever took over this place got rid of all the people who lived here that was making it a not so nice of a place to live. I would say if you want a quiet and clean spot to rent this is it. Should I every have to leave this spot I wish I could bring Mary with me because in todays world there aren't many Mary's out there who care about where they live and how well she takes care of her people who live her. The manager Robert is Awesome!!! Very helpful and willing to give anyone chance, as long as they dont seem like trouble. They're restrictions on the RV year are alot easier as well, as long as you keep up on the quality of your rig. There is even someone here with a pop up camper as well. My Rv is a 1984 but very well maintained and i had no problem getting approved here. It's very clean overall and the residents are friendly but still give you enough space to enjoy your privacy as well. I went to the Riviera Rv place first and they seemed very rude, judgemental, and unhelpful.
