My honest review of this place has varied over a two year period and I believe I'm ready to expose a lot of things that have changed since the start of me coming here. This is a benefit the bar and cater to paying out the employees (I will explain) and not paying the customers kinda place (currently). It was the type of place that I would go because my friend moved next door and it was convenient. The bartenders were friendly but now I want to say 'fake' friendly. I have been observing the toxic environment that two of the girl bartenders use to their advantage to complain about tips and making the guys feel sorry for them and act overly nice and sweet. The women however, eventually are treated like dirt and I walk in and it's a sausage fest. Catering to the best manipulative person of all. Making the guys seem like they are such a hero for helping them. The sad thing is they think they have a chance, but no. It's just about the money and makes me sick. I used to win on keno and it was fun going. But then all the changes. I have a pretty good idea what is going on here and I don't think it's hard to see. I stay over night until morning shift. Well on multiple occasions I have witnessed no pay outs. $600-800 and no payouts with anyone playing. Just take take take. It's obvious they are using the min. payout, fee schedule, that they could possibly do. Then just when shift are over the bartenders magically win all your money and fake like they just got lucky. Good joke! First, they reel in the money, and during complain about not getting tipped so u can feel bad, but then really talk bad about people that don't tip, cussing and everything. I'm sorry, you are living way better off then most those people in there, and you feel entitled to their money. A tip is a person's decision, not a responsibility. Then Multiple regulars have been complaining about not getting payout and the snooty bratt bartender in the morning smirkingly states "um, last time I checked it's called Cashout, not cash-in" and starts laughing. Why is she so bent out of shape? She doesn't own it. Again, the entitled attitude. Well not very high I.Q.obviously. You need to cash out your voucher ticket. I think you made yourself look stupid. Um, last I checked the only ones cashing out are them, knowing what machines to go directly to. They have that robbery down to a science and oh ya, last time I checked I could go to any other place and get full on free food, free cigarettes, a whole dinner, anytime I'm playing, at multiple other bars, in the surrounding area, including free play. Oh wow 👌 the wheel spin is a gimmick $400 in just to spin wheel (which I have several times) does the free play get u a win, still no. So, I see why the place has become a desolate waist land of a dump. Just like I warned. I think a lot of people have caught on to the insanity and have way higher odds elsewhere. I will give kudos to the bartenders that deserve the praise over those benches. Jared wonderful Angie wonderful Sunday night and Monday night Only time you can really enjoy yourself, without feeling like your being babysat...
Read moreMy husband is a very loyal customer and this morning I went in the bar looking for a friend that was supposed to meet me there and didn't see her yet, so I went to the restroom. My friend had to cancel so I finished my business and left. I had left my phone in the restroom and when I went to get it, the girl took forever to buzz me in. Come on it's hot, be a considerate human. When I was exiting the restroom the bartender said the restroom is for customers only. In a very unprofessional, rude and condescending way. I believe she must have thought I was homeless because I had a backpack. I don't go there a whole lot but my husband is a loyal customer and spends A LOT of money there every month. That I should be able to use the restroom and not have to explain myself or my business to the bartender. I have never had anyone else there treat me as Caty, and be as immature as whom ever is the bartender now. Everyone from my park gambles there being my HOME is 200 ft from there and always had positive experiences. So please don't look down upon the establishment. Just maybe avoid it in the morning, if you had a change of plans and didn't even get to sit down and throw a couple bucks in the machine. I was going outside to make a phone call but after how I was treated I wasn't going to go back in and potentially yell at a little girl and stoop to her level. Kinda ruined my morning and especially if you are in the hospitality market, don't make assumptions. That affects your tips and word of mouth. Please ladies support each other and whomever u are girl, grow up and don't accept gifts from your customers in front of everyone. It's crass and...
Read moreWhen I first arrived, there were 10 people at the bar. They have 15 total slot machines. There are are 12 at the bar and 3 on the floor.
They "Buzz" you in, which adds to the security of the place.
They have shaded glass in the front, so you can watch your car without anyone seeing inside, day or night.
Kim, the bartender, greeted me before I reached the bar. She asked me what I would like to drink and asked me if I had a players card.
She explained that if you sign up for a card and play $20, you get $20 in free play.
If you play a machine the cocktails are complementary.
There is no jukebox. But you can pick a ton of songs for free at the music station.
All the guest seem to be friendly and will interact with you.
Although this bar has been remodeled recently when they opened, I have never seen a place that has the front and back bar as clean as this one. The restrooms are as clean and well maintained as the rest of the property.
They have inexpensive cigarettes for those that smoke. The place has great air filters, so the smoke is not noticable.
They also have plexiglass in between machines and sanitizer.
My refills where fast and accurate.
Inside secret: Kim loves Sloths. Mention it to her. She...
