I have been a consumer buying a multitude of products for many, many years, and from numerous different places. That being said, good customer service is paramount to me. I visited/called more than one furniture & mattress store in order to purchase a new mattress for my elderly father. Out of ALL the places I contacted and visited, THIS Mattress Firm on 95th Ridgeland in Oak Lawn, was the ONLY place to call me back because they saw a missed call, even though I did not leave a message.

Tom offered me a significant discount for my trouble in trying to reach them and being unable because they were closed when I called. For this reason, I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go to this location and I was EXTREMELY pleased with the outcome! Tom was amazing, because not only was he friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating, but he went above & beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and that my Dad understood everything,

He took his time with us, we didn't feel rushed, and he thoroughly explained the differences between the mattresses my father was interested in, patiently, while making the appropriate recommendations for my father's health conditions. Tom even offered us bottled water & disposable covers for my father to lay his head on because of the pandemic!

By the time we were finished, my father was able to purchase a great mattress, adjustable bed frame, and memory foam pillow for an amazing price with significant discounts that were even deeper than he originally offered over the phone! This is HANDS DOWN, THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED IN MY ENTIRE 50 YEARS OF LIVING, FROM ANY STORE I'VE EVER VISITED!! TOM WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!!

This was my first time purchasing a mattress and Tony Kritikos made it a very pleasant experience! The store itself is very nice, clean, and easy to navigate with Mattress Firm's color coding system. I shopped around at a few other stores, but all the mattresses started to feel the same and no one could really explain what the difference between the types of mattresses! Also, no other store has the 100 day guarantee; so if I get the bed home and it is not what I thought I can bring the bed back and they will work with me to find a better fit! Tony was wonderful with helping me decide what style mattress would best fit my needs. He was very good at recommending different mattresses based off of my comments to mattresses I would try. Tony was very personable and very knowledgable. He knows a lot about mattresses and was wonderful at explaining the differences! I never once felt like he was pushing a sale on me. He definitely cares about the customer and wants them to find the perfect fit! I would highly recommend this...

Thomas Kambylis was very helpful in helping me select two mattresses for myself and my son. He stayed as close to my budget as possible with tons of savings. I got two mattresses for a price I could not pass up. I didn't want to cancel when I ran into a issue with the furniture delivery. He offered to send me bed complimentary bed rails so that I can use the new mattress right away. I explained to him how backed up the furniture deliveries are. It would be weeks or months before my new bedroom set to arrive. He suggested sending me rails with my delivery so that I could use the second mattress right away. I was ok with not using the second mattress for a week or two. According to the furniture stores it would be a lot longer. So instead of having to cancel such a great deal I'll be getting rails with my mattress to use until my bedroom set arrives. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking...
