EXCELLENT customer service! The WHOLE TEAM today went above and beyond to help a customer whose car had broken down in the drive thru exit which created a bottle neck situation where cars could not exit at all. It must have happened right when I drove up b/c in just a few minutes there was a whole line not moving. Roberto took my order and was so pleasant and empathetic about the situation. Shortly after I realized I might not make it back to work on time, there come employees running food orders out to customers back in the line, managers with compensation cards, and an organized plan to find a way to create a new exit and allow the customers who received their orders to back up and exit another way. IT WAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then as I get my turn to exit I see 2-3 employees helping that customer whose car had broken down to roll their car to a safe location in the mall parking where a tow truck could easily assist them. It was quick, it was calm, it was what I expect from a chain that really does put customer service at it's forefront. In addition, their salads are amazing! :) Shout out to Roberto, Angel (the polite, logistical manager who created the new exit), Thelma (another employee passing out the food and comp cards), and all the other employees whose names I did not get. Read moreI've been coming to this Chick Fil A location for years. This is the location that I was first introduced to Chick Fil A, actually. But I have to say, the service of late is becoming questionable. Today I placed an order via the Chick Fil A One app (my typical method of ordering). I arrived at the drive-thru for pick up, pulled around, and was asked to pull up front and my order would be brought out. This happens routinely and is no problem on my end. Good things take time, as they say. Today, I was given the wrong item. This used to never happen. Now, it's happening more. Naturally, I didn't realize this until I got home. When I called about it, I was first asked to come back to get the proper food, which I was not going to do. Then when I asked for a refund, I was told I'd have to physically come in to get it. There was no doubt about the fact that I'd been given the wrong item. The representative on the phone even knew which item was wrong before I said it. Even so, I have to drive back to the store and wait in line to correct their error. This after days ago, I stopped to pick up just a couple drinks. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to call the store and remind them since they apparently forgot about me.
Good food, friendly faces, unreliable service. I'd advise checking every item before you leave. In my case, the box looked right, the contents were wrong. On the bright side, there are plenty of other Chick Fil A's to...

I ordered through drive-through, and had a question about an offer through the app. My free offer was for a chicken sandwich entrée and expired today, but I wouldn’t be able to stop at a Chick-fil-A location later today for lunch or dinner. I asked the lady if it was OK for me to use the offer, but instead just receive a chicken fillet instead of a sandwich. I was told this was fine, but the chicken fillet would be smaller for breakfast, which is perfectly fine with me. I order the rest of my food, and waited 15 minutes just to get to the window and be told that the manager said this was not OK. According to the kind gentleman at the window, because the filet was smaller, and of lesser value, they were not able to do this. I was perfectly fine with receiving a smaller filet, but the manager just stood in the back and talk jokingly to the rest of the chick-fil-A team, instead of explaining this to me himself. I already ordered my other food, and waiting 15 minutes that I will never get back, so I proceeded to just pay, and not make a big fuss. Being that I am in management, I would’ve verbalized that this cannot be done initially, and Then, for the person to get to the window.
