Fun fact- the only super-positive review of this place comes from someone named "Danny Dasai." "Dasai" is Hindu for LANDLORD. Look it up! So, the good review is FROM THE ACTUAL LANDLORD HIMSELF.

Racist, dilapidated, and major invasions of privacy. We asked to see a room and on the way up to see it, the owner opened the door to an ALREADY OCCUPIED room (no one was inside at the time) and left it open for us to see, saying "these people live here four months, see- they always clean." You cannot have ANY visitors, EVER. Not just overnight- NEVER. This even applies to our 2 and 9 yr old grandkids. The owner seemed very shady and nosy and absolutely like he'd be all up in your business, to the point of going in your room and maybe even looking thru your stuff when you're not there (he DID THIS in front of us- as far as opening the door to someone else's room.) He also said, "just so you know, I no rent to black people." That is a direct quote. Not even to mention how disgusting the room was. I wouldn't take my shoes off in there. Seriously, if this review saves ONE PERSON from going here, it was worth it. There are other weekly motels in Yukon that aren't like this for the same or similar price. This guy should not be in business. The building should be condemned and demolished and this guy needs to be fined or sued. Yeah,...

Zero stars if I could🤢 We booked online, arrived at late afternoon early evening, and the lobby was locked. So we rang the door bell and was told to go to a drive up window. My boyfriend told her we booked online and she tried to get us to pay AGAIN! When he said he already paid it, she put a towel and stapler over the hole to talk through and just walked away….. so we stood there for a minute baffled and then gave up and went to our truck. Finally some guy with no shoes on, looks like he just got out of bed, comes up to our truck while we’re finding somewhere else to go. He told us to come inside. I stayed outside and waited. When we finally did get a room, they immediately called us at our room and said “you want smoking or non smoking?” Like you already asked us this and we confirmed non smoking. The sheets or pillow reeked of cigarettes when I went to lay down. My boyfriend fell down the sketchy uneven stairs. The bed with hard as a rock! I’m talking flintstone age. I woke up today with major back pain. There’s a weird window in the bathroom. Then the most sketchiest thing was there’s was something plugged up and command stripped to the tv. It looks weird and served no purpose to the tv. We unplugged it instantly. Looked like a microphone set up and I’m not even kidding. Do not stay here. No matter how...

If there was an option to leave no stars I would. I understand this is an age of technology and leaving a review can hurt or help a business. So when I leave review know I put serious thought into this. I stayed here for 3 weeks. The price was great, the environment was quiet and and good. Now for the room it was not cleaned to normal standards. They didn't Mop or sweep I had to turn off the AC. Let it defrost and then turn it back on. To find out that the vent had an inch or More of Lit from the room Stuck in there when I first walked into the room, it reaped of weed. There was no ashtray, but it was a smoking room on top of it, there was stains all over the linen. I'm talking the bed and the towels. They did not clean my room nor did they offer to and then I got in trouble for cleaning out the length trap cause the owner told me to sweep up the lamp and put it in the trash can then I was not allowed to have nobody over either, and on top of it my kid's father went. To jail for beating me and they would not. Let me stay here nor would they give me back my deposit and keep in mind. I stayed in. I stayed here for 3 weeks without a problem.
