Nice, clean hotel but service is a little inconsistent. When we first arrived they had a cafe and gift shop open. The food was outstanding. Servings were large! We actually ate there 3 times and had bedtime snacks a few different times early in our stay. We had decided on dinner again at the cafe but when we arrived back at the hotel we were told they were permanently closed! We had just eaten there the night before. The staff seemed just as surprised as we were. They still offer their continental breakfast from 7-9 a.m. It isn't as large as continental breakfast usually are at other hotels but they offer a few types of cereal, few breads, and a hot item. Our stay has been for 8 nights. Housekeeping has been great. Everything always feels and smells clean. The rooms are nice and average size. 2 full size beds, chair with ottoman, desk with chair. small dresser, small bench, microwave, and refrigerator (small freezer section did not freeze). Bathroom is ok size. However, the toilet is very low to the ground. An elderly or disabled person would very likely struggle to use it. It is a lot shorter than standard (not referring to chair height, just standard) perfect height for a 5 year old. It is also very difficult to flush. You have to hold the handle down just to get paper to go down. But it does eventually flush so we didn't say anything about it. However, we have had 2 issues during our stay, neither were rectified. Worse yet, no attempt was even made to rectify them. Our TV has a parental lock on it (I assume from a previous guest). I contacted guest services and was told someone would be up to look at and hopefully fix it. No one showed up. This wasn't a deal breaker so I did not continue to push the issue. However our stay is not a traditional buisness or vacation stay. We are here for medical treatment at the CCA so we are in our room/bed more often than we would usually be when staying at a hotel. The 2nd issues is a bigger issue. Our air conditioning did not keep the room cool at all. We spoke with guest services on 2 different occasions and again no one showed up to even look at it. Thankfully, even though it is July, it has only been in the 80s so the temp in our room has been manageable with the air at 68 and the windows cracked open. It was actually warmer in the room with windows closed and temp set at 66. The housekeeper commented on how much cooler our room was than the other rooms. Definitely not a good sign because our room was no where near 68 degrees. This hotel does service the CCA guests however, unlike guest quarters north, this hotel is for the general public as well. The CCA shuttle does provide transportation to and from the hotel - hospital every 20 minutes from approximately 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 pm 7 days a week. We will be coming to Zion frequently over the next several months. The hospital decides which hotel we stay at unless we attempt to request a certain hotel. We would not request this hotel but also would not tell them not to put us here. It is such a shame the cafe closed. It would have been a reason to...

I don’t usually write reviews but decided to write one about my experience this weekend. We were in Zion IL and decided to stay the night. We booked our room on line. The room we booked was a King Sweet. When we arrived, the location was very nice, and clean. The problem started when we got in the room. The room was clean but we booked a King Sweet. The bed in the room was not a king it felt smaller that my queen size back home. When I called the front desk to ask for clarification I was told that some of the information on line was wrong, If I have a complaint I would have to deal with the website. There was nothing he could do. Not the end of the world so just made the best of it. Then when I was getting ready for bed I could head loud music. They have hall that was having a party and that is where the music was coming from. I am on the 3rd floor there is no reason that should have been that loud in my room. When I asked the front desk about it I was told it would end at 11:30 pm. After a long day, not what I wanted to hear but tried to make the best of it I was not going to check out now. At 11:30 the music did die down so that was fine. Now that everything was quiet I hear the refrigerator start making a grinding noise. I did not notice it before but very noticeable now that the room was quiet. That went on all night about every 30 min the fridge would turn on and grind for about 10 min that turn off. At one point I recorded it on my phone so I could show the manager the next morning. I figured that would be something they would want to fix before the next guest stays in that room. When we were checking out I went to the front desk to talk to the manager, there were several people in front of me at the counter but nobody was working at the counter. We all waited for several minutes a few people rang the bell, but nobody was to be seen. After 10 min I called the hotel number, we all heard the phone ring but nobody ever answered. After 15min I gave up and walked out several people followed me out. The location is nice and clean but that is it. If you want a good night rest I would look...

This place bills itself as a boutique hotel but it's nothing of the sort. Boutiques usually have quirky charm. It's cute but has some issues that they're aware of and others perhaps not.

Like the CTCA drop off/pick-up sign on the back area. CTCA doesn't actually use that area unless they need to. Rather they pick up in the front of the hotel but no one told me that so I missed the shuttle. The drive isn't far (less than a mile) but still I hadn't been there before and I ended up in the employee's parking and walking through their entrance completely bypassing their COVID procedures. I did manage to get to the right spot but it was unnecessarily long thanks to the lack of assistance at the hotel. I mentioned it to the front desk and perhaps they should remove it. She crowed "Absolutely!" with all the emotion of someone just wanting you to go away instead of perhaps explaining that it's back there so people know where to gather if the back port is needed for varies reasons and perhaps apologized for not being giving the info I needed. I even asked the day person about the schedule and then proceeded out back to wait. Again, someone could have mentioned it.

The beds are nice though. They sleep very well. But the toilets are the short ones and annoying for tall people. The rooms have a mini-fridge with small freezer and microwave.

The fun part! My balcony had cracked plaster on it and when you pressed, it gave way. There's nothing underneath it or if there is - It wasn't immediately known and I certainly wouldn't put the full weight of a human being in it. We wouldn't use it after that. We lovingly called the elevator a rickety box of death. Yes, It worked as expected but the extra settling at floors and the thumps that happened at the third floor - were too much extra. You'd walk into the cab and it would settle once or twice which was disturbing.

There's a bar and clothing store in the hotel. Complimentary coffee is provided for those who want it but Lorenzo's is the closest for breakfast as this is...

Mixed feelings on this hotel. It was decently priced, we normally stay at another hotel when we are here but everywhere was booked so we went with this one. It looked fancy, but once you're there it's cheap fancy. The best way to describe it is the landlord special. It looks nice unless you're someone who pays attention to the detail. Cons: We got a kitchenette room, a glass in the cabinet was broke and thankfully I saw it before someone got hurt on it. We pulled out the couch and the bedding was filthy so we we had to strip it and ask for new sheets. The mattress was so worn out my 3 and 5 year old complained it hurt and wouldn't even sleep on it. We all 4 stuffed ourselves in the big bed. The floor was filthy, there was air, sticky stuff and dirt. It's odd not having carpet in a hotel room. The big bed has urine stains and something else all over it. We were only given two towels, one rag for a room of 4 people. We were told there was a coffee place and a place for drink in the evening... didn't see either so I can't judge in those. The coffee one was closed but I didn't see a place for drinks. And lastly our room smelled awful. We had to sleep with the windows open desire the freezing weather because we couldn't handle the smell. Ny morning it was better but after leaving the room all day and coming back it was just as bad even with the windows still open all day. Pros: breakfast was good, different options for everyone so we all left full. Do wish they had cereal options and a drink machine like most hotels. All they had was 3 pitchers of water, cranberry juice and orange juice. It's close to everything we needed- we have family down the road and food was close by All in all, will not choose this hotel again. It was nice for the time being but we will stick to our normal hotel..
