I’m seriously disgusted with how they treated me & my sister tonight. The manager SARAH was very unprofessional and rude. I told the lady over the phone I wanted two Thai soups and was only give one so I called the restaurant to check my order and get the break down, she then said I was only charged for one. I then proceeded to Check the Thai rice I ordered while I’m still on the phone with her. I was already charged extra for shrimp and there was no shrimp anywhere in the rice I told Sarah there was no shrimp in the rice and she told me there was nothing she can do her kitchen was closed. I just picked up my order and I called as soon as I got home. She offered me a credit but after how rude she was I never wanted to come back anyways. I told her I didn’t want a credit I just want a refund. She told me she was going to put the owner on the phone. It took about 10 mins to put him on the phone. That could of been 10 mins of them cooking shrimp trying to fix the issue but instead when the owner did get on the phone he didn’t even listen to what we had to say he went straight off of what Sarah told him. He said hi this is the owner there is nothing I can do for you my kitchen is closed. I told him I was up the street and wanted a refund. He then said ok your up the street and yelled for Sarah and hung up. I walked in and gave her all the food back. She then tried to act polite in my face and apologize because the owner was there I told her I just wanted my refund and I don’t want to hear anything else she has to say. The owner chimed in saying she was not rude and I told him yes she was very rude all because I asked for the breakdown of my order. He said he was right there the entire time but I’f thats the case why did it take 10 mins for you to get on the phone? Sarah then said you guys are banned and don’t come back here again. I told her That’s absolutely fine, we will take our business elsewhere. We won’t ever come back here again, your very unprofessional. It’s very sad how they treat customers when they are in the wrong. Messed up the order, charged is extra and didn’t even give us what we asked for but yet we were in the wrong. This place is pathetic. I highly don’t recommend, if they mess up your order they will get mad at you and say there is nothing they can do about it....
Read moreThe wife and I have drove past N&T family resteraunt several times. Always saying that we're going to stop in and today we finally got the opportunity to go. And it did not disappoint!!! We got there around 4:30ish. Which was a little before the dinner rush. It was pretty much the senior crowd. But the service was amazing! Its a classic family resteraunt/diner vibe. The whole staff was incredibly kind and ontop of their game. Not only treating their regulars good, but I probably had at least 3 different waitresses ask me if the table was good and if my wife or I needed anything. We also brought my 6 month old daughter, who was greeted by several staff that all were very sweet to her. The food itself was also a really cool mix of American diner staples and Thai food. My wife went for the pancakes and hashbrowns (she loves breakfast food) She said the pancakes were light, fluffy and delicious, the hashbrowns were also good diner hashbrowns. I went with the Tom Kai soup and the Pa Nang Curry noodles. The Curry was very good, but the Tom Kai soup was genuinely one of the best things I've ever had!!! They made it extra spicy for me, which was appreciated. Also it was so fresh from the cilantro, lime, and lemon grass, and so rich from the coconut milk. Just an overall amazing soup. Highly recommend you try it out for the laid back atmosphere, and the great mix of food. Will definitely be back again soon for more of that...
Read more5++🌟 N & T's restaurant located in the old Rooks building, is a pleasant melding of Thai Asian and American cuisine. The menu is not an overly extensive one, but everything on it is done well. they have a buffet on the first Thursday evening of every month with Thai and American food. It's a refreshing change of pace from all of the Korean owned and Chinese owned buffets around the area. Thai food has a unique flavor all of its own. And if you like spicy, you can get it really really spicy. I'm posting pictures of our breakfast, and I will post more in the future. It's a real family atmosphere with a large shout out for veterans in this establishment. Any time you're there, you will see veterans from Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan. This is a family-owned Independent restaurant, sort of in the vein of Papa Marcos even though the food is of a different ethnic flavor. The cuisine is just as delicious in both restaurants, as both restaurants support military and law enforcement. This establishment is well worth a...
