I write this message with a heavy heart. I placed an order on Sunday the 6. The website says they are open 24/7 online. The website says it takes two days to ship. Its now three days later and not a word from them about where my order is. I have emailed customer service and the owner directly and I have not received a reply. Ive called them and the phone just goes to voicemail. The one time I did get through to someone she had no idea about any orders. All I want is to know where my order is . It was for someones birthday and now I dont have it. Shame on them!!!

Great product, great service. I went to Highland Pop for the 1st time to make arrangements for a popcorn bar at my daughter's upcoming wedding reception. The first person I met was extremely helpful and explained the options. She did tell me that maybe I should come back to speak with Kim directly. I'm glad I did. Kim is wonderful! Kim took the time to get to know what I needed, and has a very personal touch. She made great recommendations and gave samples (which are delicious) so my family would know what to expect on the wedding day.

It has been a long time since I received this type of customer service. I will definitely be coming back, both because of the product and how nice...

I bought two bags at Mariano's. One was stale and the other was fine. I emailed Kim and she said to return it to her store or Mariano's. I live fairly close to Highland Park so I decided to make a visit to her store. I'm glad I did, she all kinds of fun and yummy popcorn, plus she replaced my bag with a new fresh bag.
