Konstantin Plaza — Hotel in Samarkand City

I travelled with a group and had a nice quiet room for myself. Obviously they needed the room for somebody else. So they took all my stuff into a little loud chamber without informing me. I came back after a nice day in Samarkand and all my personal belongings were not there anymore. Instead of my things, two other suitcases stand around. I thought I am not right anymore. They touched my privacy, I could not believe it and left the Hotel right away. So I have no single good word for the Hotel. And I will keep this experience always on my mind. No recomandation at all...

I always stay here. Hidden gem in my opinion. Less than 10 minutes to the train station. Around 15-20 minutes to Registan. Bit further for Samarkand City. Otherwise, great spot. The pool is amazing. When we went there was a very large gathering… and in the morning there seemed to be some sort of loud Hebrew praying outside by the pool which was disturbing. I stayed for 4 days and it was a very pleasant experience. Very clean, very well noise insulated room, comfortable bed and a nice view in the front! Many and good breakfast choices. A very polite and willing to help staff, especially the nice guy at the front desk on the evenening of October 6th when I felt sick and asked for his help!|I surely recommend that you stay...
