Lia! by Minyoun Stars of Ulugbek — Hotel in Samarqand Region

I had very amazing and unfogetable time in Lia by Minyoun Hotel. We have reserved this hotel on 29th of June for my wife's birthday. From the moment we enetered the hotel untill we left we had lived in a dream. AFOM Maria Bespalova is very professional, helpfull and the most sincere person ever!!! She pays attention to each and every detail carefully. We were provided with complimentary birthday cake and fresh fruit basket. On the table there was letter by Lia by Minyoun team congratulating my wife with her birthday. It was the right decision to choose this hotel and whenever i want to book hotel i will have first choice which is Lia By Minyoun. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Ms. Nigina who checked us in, is the reception of the year along with Dildora who helped with every question and smiled each time she saw us. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Amazing view from the window which was Canal view. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.||One more great news is when you stay at Lia by Minyoun hotel there is free entrence to the pool, Sauna and Turkish Sauna in the neighboor hotel Silk Road By Minyoun which is 2 minutes by walking distance. Rooms are well decorated and whole hotel is new and neat....service and hospitality is extremely good,they greet you always,they try to honor your request to maximum possibility,they speak fluent English,they don't say straight away no to anything which may seem rude,instead they chose to keep mum.....complimentary breakfast at their restaurant may not be buffet spread someday due to lack of guest occupancy,instead you can order from menu of huge selections. Initially we got dissappointed by seeing this but the taste,freshness,presentation,quantity made our every morning wonderful....It is definitely better than holiday inn,tashkent's breakfast...better than europe hotel,tashkent...better than many cafes and restaurants we visited in 2 cities referring Google reviews....||It is situated little far from city Centre in a newly developed venture of govt(probably) complex has star rated hotels,eternal city (kind of magic city in tashkent but far far better and picturesque),canal....don't be afraid to book a stay due to distance because they have complimentary city shuttle to pick-drop you to famous tourist spots,complex shuttle to pick-drop to intra complex hotels and attractions you and commuting to city center by yandex will hardly cost you 3-4$ only...||Special thanks to MS.Maria and Ms.Nigina from front desk for their soft spoken communications and arranging complimentary surprise for our...

Our driver send us to Silk Road By Minyoun, upon check in, the Receptionist told Lia! By Minyoun Stars of Ulugbek is 300m next building. But he is kind to chauffer us with our Luggages in Hotel Buggy to the entrance of Lia!By Minyoun Stars of Ulugbek||Stayed in Junior Suites 8412 & 8512 for 2 nights from 14 - 16 Sept 2025. It is nice and cosy , has big balconies with nice view. However the toilet bidet heater has no plug ! There is No signage on how the shower works, and insufficient wall plugs for us to work around. Basin or Vanity has no space for our own toilet amenities. Pillows are too soft for our liking.||We asked Receptionist where to have dinner, their is Cafe is closed, only the Bar is opened for dinner. We waited 1 hour for our food at dinner in the bar on 14 Sept 2025.||The breakfast buffet set up is so disorganised...need to go looking for marmalade and butter which are set up on a different counter. Whats the point ???? Hotel should consider Guest's satisfaction and conveniences. Cafe Staff has indifferent attitude,i am utterlfy surprised to see waiters walking around with hands in their pockets...not attending to guests !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!||Location of this hotel is near touristic sites.
