The steakhouse promised a high-end experience with its upscale pricing, setting lofty expectations from the start. Thankfully, the culinary aspect did not fall short. Both the ribeye steak and the filet mignon were well prepared, living up to the promise of a premium experience. The setting also enhanced the dining experience, echoing the charm of a contemporary steakhouse with its modern design and architecture.
However, the service was where the experience notably faltered. We encountered issues ranging from receiving unordered items—which the staff tried to bill us for—to receiving bread and cocktails out of sequence only after new finished with our main course. The most egregious service faux pas occurred when the waiter, upon realizing he had forgotten a fork for the dessert, opted to take wife's previously used salad fork from her plate and gave it to me instead of fetching a clean one.
