Wonderful Stay at Wellness Park Hotel Bactria – A True Alternative to Antalya!

We stayed at the Wellness Park Hotel Bactria in Samarkand as a group of six (4 adults and 2 children), and our experience was absolutely delightful.

The hotel is beautifully designed, featuring spacious rooms and elegant furniture. Everything is tastefully furnished and offers a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to fulfill our requests. For example, they helped organize a birthday cake, which made the day truly special.

The entire Silk Road Samarkand complex is diverse and suitable for everyone. There’s a wellness and spa area, as well as outdoor and indoor pools, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, we were extremely satisfied, and we are already planning our next visit. Compared to our original holiday plans in Antalya/Belek at 5-star resorts, Silk Road Samarkand easily keeps up – and in terms of value for money, it’s unbeatable.

The only downside compared to Turkey is that Uzbekistan has no sea, but the fantastic facilities and the rich cultural experience more than make up for it. فندق جميل في سمرقند سيتي الجديدة وغرف نظيفة ومريحة يستحق اكثر من 4 نجوم .

ادارة ناجحه في معالجة السلبيات والاهتمام بالضيوف وحل كل ما يعكر رحلتهم يحاولون ان يجعلوك سعيداً في هذا الفندق .

الموقع ممتاز في منطقة راقية ومطله على البحيرة

سيارات الأجرة متوفرة اما عن طريق الفندق او التطبيقات

الإفطار محدود وقليل الأصناف والنزلاء من جنسيات وشعوب مختلفه ويجب اعادة النظر في تعدد الاصناف و الفندق ياخذ مقابل اموال نظير توفير وجبة الافطار والحجز شامل وجبة الإفطار يختلف عن قيمة الحجز بدون وجبة افطار … والشيف الماهر في عمله يعرف كيف يفعل ذلك بدون ان يرفع التكلفه على الفندق مع ان النزلاء يدفعون قيمة وجبة الإفطار ويريدون افضل من ذلك .

الموظفين ودودين ويسعون لخدمة الضيوف واشكرهم جميعاً وخاصه منهم الاخت ( ليلى ) على ما تقدم من حلول لحل مشاكل النزلاء والمساعدة لهم .

اشكر ادارة الفندق في المقام الاول على الاهتمام براحة النزلاء بهذا الفندق وهذا يدل على حكمة الادارة وحسن تعاملهم . وليس بغريب عليهم .

A beautiful hotel in the new city of Samarkand with clean and comfortable rooms that deserve more than 4 stars.

The management is successful in addressing negatives, caring for guests, and resolving any issues that hinder their trip. They strive to make you happy at this hotel.

The location is excellent, in an upscale area overlooking the lake.

Taxis are available either through the hotel or through apps.

The breakfast is limited and lacks a variety of options, and the guests are of different nationalities and ethnicities. The variety of options should be reconsidered.

The hotel charges money for breakfast, and a reservation including breakfast differs from a reservation without breakfast.

A skilled chef knows how to do this without increasing the hotel's costs, even though guests pay for breakfast and want better.

The staff are friendly and strive to serve guests. I thank them all, especially Ms. Laila, for the solutions they offer to resolve guests' problems and help them.

I would like to thank the hotel management first and foremost for their concern for the comfort of their guests. This demonstrates the management's wisdom and good manners, and it's no surprise from them.

|We book this trip from holiday factory. And they perfectly arrange this 4 days trip amazingly. This is the best by far Hotel experienced I had. |The staff are cheerful, helpful and considerate. From reception to lobby all filled with spectacular and high sopisticated furnitures. |The decorarions and furniture filled with antique designed refresenting Uzbek culture. |The room filled with cozy and comfortable feeling. Because we are three persons stay in the hotel becomes narrow but still can able to fit us all. |The view outside our room is so relaxing and promising. |The toilet and amenities are well and full very clean. |I am particularly amaze with automatic WC toilet from lobby to our room. |The breakfast buffet are prepared with different variety allowing you taste the glimpse of specialities they have. |The menu are tasty and satisfying. |The hotel bar filled with glamourous cups, saucers and wine cups and saw the hotel crew cleaning the cups meticulously. |So many to say and so many positive feedback to mention. ||Extremely satisfied.
