New Friends Mini-Hotel — Hotel in Tashkent

The hotel is so small not looking anything like pictures on booking or google, smelling bad rooms, dirty shared toilets which was not mentioned when we were making the reservation, so poor breakfast puting 1 egg and quarter tomato and cucumber with black cup of tea, nothing more. The old lady cleaning and making breakfast was extremely rude and was not smiling at all while serving that untasted breakfast ( we took it only twice ) she was just putting the dishes harshly on table and shouting we didn't understand why, and came shouted on my 4 years son because he used bathroom, well that's your job is to clean why are you getting crazy, please be careful she is crazy. Thes worst thing is that they cancelled my booking so I wont write any review in booking. Hotel is so far from metro and everything, I highly don't recommend it to families. The hotel owner was nice and so helpful, he felt so sorry and ashamed for the bad experience we had, don't pay in euro they...

Also ich muss sagen Maximal Gute Leistung. Da wir dauerhaft unterwegs waren innerhalb von zwei Tagen allein zu Fuß 40km - 50km hat uns „Aziz Aka“ „Aziz Bruder“ durch alle Wege begleitet. Sim Karte vor Ort, Taxi Service über Yandex ( Was bei uns nicht geht „EU Handys“), Empfehlungen wo man hingehen kann. Wirklich überragend. Wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und Freundlich von 5 Sternen 10 für Freundlichkeit. Das Hotel mit Übernachtung ist Ok für unsere Verwöhnten Verhältnisse, aber was wir nicht Gewöhnt sind ist so ein schönes Hotel mit Hof im inneren und den Kunstvollen Maurer Arbeiten. Morgens oder Abends einen Grüntee im Hof in den Himmel schauen und die Ruhe genießen. Ich hoffe ich konnte euch mit diesem Beitrag weiter Helfen.

We take our Time for Two Day in Tashkent and then we are going to next City. I will say with my Bad english. This Hotel is very good, good Looking very good Service i mean Realy good Service!! Just let me tell. First of all we need Mobile Hotspot to go anywhere Taxiservice and Places to go you know and „ Aziz Aka“ Aziz Brother helps out with everything. He drove with us to the Mobilshop with Taxi. He gives us Tipps anytime and my Holidays now is Maximal Good. Hotel Top, Rooms Top, Personality Top, Tipps Top. My Greatfull Thanks on this man.

Bildiğim her dilde anlatmaya çaliştim. Çok iyi bir Hotel Aziz Aka(Abi) dediyim bir Abi var çok iyi niyetli herşeyimize yardım eden birisi. Suan bunu yazmayı borçlu oldumu düşüniorum. Hotel dinlenmek icin çok iyi. Fakat bize her neriye gitmek istediysek Aziz Aka bize yardım etdi. Sim Karti gerekdi kendi bizlem Taxiye oturup gitdi o Simkarti ayarladı. Neye dikkat etmemiz gerekdiğini gösterdi. Her nereye git dediyse bu Tabıkıde Tashkentin Güzeliğinede Borçluyuz çok güzeldi.

Very good host. We were 4 bachelors and they gave a room with 4 single beds.The rooms were good and the beds were comfortable. There was a open cupboard where you can hang your dresses.
