Excellent and clean restaurant but the staff lack of experience is a bit unpleasant! My friend and I ordered Salad-Mercimek Soup-Lahmacun-Izgara Lokum-Sarma Beyti and I asked them not to bring all the food at once, we had to get the soup and salad first and then the main course. But I was surprised that they brought Lahmacun and Izgara Lokum-Sarma Beyti for the first meal, so I asked them to serve the first soup. But the waiter said that the chef gave it to you and said to eat it first! The food was cold and when we asked the workers to change the plate, they did it nervously as if it was impossible!
I can't say anything about tea because it was no different from water but the Ayran was amazing, real Turkish Ayran
So the TURKISH SONGS was great but the workers were shouting and laughing at each other which was unpleasant for the customer! The experience of the staff is not enough because such great TURKISH FOOD should be accompanied by great service!
In the F&B sector, staff should be trained or replaced with experienced workers!
Maybe this kind of service’s normal for this restaurant, but I think the 5 stars next to the restaurant logo outside should be proven...

Be aware ⛔️⚠️Food is good though they lie about price, you see food price on Menu for 10$ but they charge you automaticly 12$ (20% service charge) haram ya. When you ask why you added 20% they say its for paper, sugar, … what ever you see on the table than I asked do you share some of it (20%) with server who served us they say no.
